“Of course.” I did not deny this as I smiled and nodded.

“Why did you say you only had ten thousand?” Carl complained.

“All I did was put up one finger. One finger doesn’t mean ten thousand.” I smiled in reply.

“How much do you really have, then?”

“Well, I’m not exactly sure myself, but what I meant with the finger was that it was probably close to one infinity…”

“An infinity?” Carl gulped at this. “Freddie, let’s go. Let’s go home. I have something to say to you.”

He pushed me out of the bar’s door as he said this.

I did not even have time to say goodbye to Macy.

Carl sized me up after we got out of the bar. “Freddie, I never would have imagined this. You’re dressed so shabbily, but you’re actually a secret billionaire. I was wondering why such a seductress was willing to kiss an ordinary person like you. I see that she knows your real identity.”

“You could say that.” I nodded.

“No wonder my sister isn’t with other guys and decided to live with you. She knows your real identity too.”

“She doesn’t know it. I never told her.”

“That isn’t really important. Come on, let’s just get home quick.” Carl immediately waved down a taxi.

However, just as we got into the taxi and were about to head home, Macy caught up to us. “We’re going the same way, Freddie. How about bringing me along?”

I knew that Macy lived next door, so I nodded in agreement after hesitating for a moment. “Alright. Come along with us.”

Carl sat in the passenger seat in the taxi while I sat behind with Macy.

This seductress kept squeezing herself closer to me when there was obviously lots of space in the backseat. This made me quite uncomfortable…

“Why are you squeezing against me when you have so much space over there?” I had no idea whether to laugh or cry at this.

“It isn’t comfortable over there.” Macy gave me a lousy excuse. “By the way, I helped you win the game tonight. Shouldn’t there be a reward for me?”

“Urm… Sure. What do you want?” I smiled as I said.

“Well…” Macy gently bit down on a finger as she gave serious consideration to this.

I knew that this woman was pulling this sexy move in order to seduce me.

I noticed that the driver had glanced at his rear-view mirror more than once.

“How about if you come over to my place later and help me fix my plumbing?” Macy said.

Fix her plumbing?

I felt like crying. There was probably no plumbing in her house to be fixed. It was the plumbing of her body that required taking care of.

I shook my head in rejection at this. “Let’s forget about plumbing. How about something else?”

“Young Master Lang, I’ve given you a lot of help tonight. Aren’t you willing to help me with just one minor thing? This isn’t too fair of you, is it?” Macy said with great grievance.

She pressed against me as she said this. Half of her boobs were up against me.

I pushed her back a little and said, “Let’s just change the reciprocation to something else. Anything else but this.”

“How about coming over to my place at night and accompanying me to watch a movie? I get pretty bored at night.” Macy changed it into something else, but this was even more straightforward than the request before.

A movie? Was it the kind where male and female characters embraced each other while n***d?

If I were to watch such a movie with her, it would not be long before I was acting in one of my own with her.

However, Carl could no longer take it, so from the front seat, he said “Hey, how shameful can you be, you seductress? You’re sharing the car with some other people, you know!”

Macy unhappily sat up straight after Carl said this.

Macy extended another invitation after taking out her key. “Freddie, don’t you want to come in for a while? You got my fire going when we were kissing, and I’m burning all over now. I need you to extinguish it for me!”

Macy glared at him when I did not take up the offer, and she opened the door and went home.

After I was pushed into the living room, Carl looked at me in an upset manner. “I was wondering how the seductress knew you, Brother-in-law. I see it’s because she’s your neighbor.”

I was in a joyful mood at being referred to as this. “Did you just call me Brother-in-law?”

“That’s right, Brother-in-law. Just listen to me on this. You need to stay away from that seductress for the sake of your happiness and my sister’s,” Carl said, with an over-eager look on his face.

“Well… Nothing has happened between me and your sister yet. It’s too early to call me that,” I smiled and said.

“It’s not too early! As long as there are no problems from my side, it’s guaranteed between you and my sister! By the way, where is she?” Carl looked around, trying to find Montana.

“She’s probably staying at the school’s hostel tonight,” I said.

“It’s not important if she’s back tonight, since my family should have no issue with you as long as I approve of you. Just let me know when you would like to marry her, and it will be done.”

“Is that so? Then I’ll leave it to you to make this happen.”

“Huh? You’re teaching him a lesson?” Montana sounded surprised at the other end of the phone. “How are you planning to do that?”

“How should I put it to you? There’s no need to worry about it for now. I already have a plan set up. The next time you see him, I promise he’ll be very well-behaved.”

“Really? Can you really do that?” Montana was doubtful about this.

It was clear that she was completely disappointed in her family.

“Of course I can. You wanna bet on it?”

“What are we betting?” Montana asked.

“Sounds good to me.” Montana agreed without thinking twice.

We went silent after saying this.

It was a few seconds later before she soulfully said, “Freddie, I can’t sleep without you by my side… I was especially anxious during the night. I couldn’t even stream!”

“Don’t worry. Your brother will be gone in two days. You can always come home after that.”

“Alright. I feel so much better after talking to you. You should go to sleep soon. Goodnight.”

I looked at the time after saying goodnight to Montana. I was about to go to sleep.

However, Nadia suddenly sent me a message.

I realized it was a video when I clicked on it.

I thought it would contain something exciting, so I quickly watched it.

However, I was disappointed.

It did not contain anything exciting. It was just her explaining how I had been framed and how the m**********n cup had been put into my schoolbag.

There was a text message beside the video. “Freddie, I’ve given an explanation to our classmates about the m**********n cup, and I’ve helped prove your innocence.”

I quickly checked the class group chat after I read this message.

I realized she had explained to everyone, and many of our classmates had also admitted their mistakes regarding me and were apologizing.

Nadia was still awake, and she quickly replied to me. “Of course I’m considerate. I don't treat others as coldly as you do…”

I knew she thought I had gone too far when I saw her upset message. I chuckled and replied, “By the way, is it still painful for you down there?”

“How dare you even ask that question! You treated me so roughly today.”
