Mayor Philip observed Bill closely. He noticed he was a bit nervous.
"So, this expansion project will cost about a hundred million?" Phillip wanted to be sure he understood Bill well.
"A hundred and twelve million actually... I want to wrap up the deal with my new partners as soon as possible." Bill explained.
