Silent as a cat, steady as a rock.
Aiden moved through the shadows carefully, picking his footsteps as he went along. His path snaked through several trees, and wound through thorny bushes which scraped his arms as he walked. These were little inconveniences to him however. He still kept on his path, his mind honed in on the specific task he had at hand. Even as the night shifted, and the darkness melted all around him, he did not hesitate even once.
There was a fire in his heart, a roaring flame which he had almost forgotten about. As an Alpha, you are meant to always have that fire in you, that self-assurance that you can do whatever you want. That fire was lost in Aiden’s heart a long time ago, but it had been rekindled recently by Bella coming into his life.
