Everyone gets their chance to rip you apart at least once
I watch her from my vantage point as Killer and her spar. Three months have passed since Aliyana’s birthday. Not much had changed in terms of anything. She kept a respectable distance from me most of the time. Whenever I brought Mero up she shut down.
Aliyana was getting on my nerves. She took up most of my time, giving me the run around on getting information about Stephano, which she refused to tell anyone besides Killer why. And when it was my turn to train her she came up with all kinds of excuses.
I knew I needed to at least create some kind of friendship with her, even if she didn’t want anything more. It was the best I could do since she completely shut me out. I needed to get close to her,
