The silence in the apartment is tale enough. This week things were different, for one didn't wake up to the usual sumptuous breakfast that Aisha always made for me every morning. Secondly, I was getting silent treatment from her. She hadn’t spoken a word to me since that Saturday night at the office.
After delivering a hot slap, Aisha stood up and stormed away banging the door so hard it must have gotten busted. She was angry with me and at me. Of all the years Aisha and I have known each other I believe this is the craziest I’ve done so far. And truly this is the first time she had been so distant with me.
