The night was eerie. Since dragging Amber out, my mind was a disarray of thoughts. Never in a million years did I ever come to think of what transpired tonight. Amber was at Shays. She came to see. She became a part of my world. Even if it were for a short while it felt exhilarating. She was shocked but it was a step. Amber knew a slither of my life.
Good thing she didn’t run into Duke Shaw. That guy and his floozies didn’t know when to quit. Causing problems for me. It reminded me of Jazmin and her friends. Always poking and prodding for trouble.
