22 Pia I woke before my alarm clock and glanced over to find Ryker on his back, breathing heavy. Stubble covered his head, and I settled on my side to study the man who had turned my entire world upside down and inside out. He didn’t believe he was a good man, and from the outside looking in, most of society would agree with his findings. But he’d allowed me inside.
