" Fine sir, the Madam would like to see you." said Jide . " okay Romans you can go ahead to the Mansion ." said Tokunbo. " As you wish sir ." replied Romans. " Sir." said Jide as he opened the car door for him. “Aunty Nike how are you." said Tokunbo. As Tokunbo greeted Aunty Nike, she smiled warmly and patted the seat beside her. "Come, Tokunbo, sit down. I've been waiting for you." Tokunbo took a seat, noticing the luxurious interior of the car. "Aunty, you look lovely today. What's the occasion?" Aunty Nike chuckled. "No occasion, just a regular meeting with my favorite nephew. How's life treating you?" Tokunbo smiled. "It's good, Aunty. I've been keeping busy." Aunty Nike's expression turned serious. "I've heard about your recent...adventures. You're getting quite the reputation, Tokunbo." Tokunbo's eyes narrowed slightly. "What kind of reputation?" Aunty Nike leaned forward, her voice taking on a conspiratorial tone. "Let's just say you're making waves in certain circles. People are taking notice." Tokunbo's expression remained neutral, but his mind was racing. What did Aunty Nike know, and how? ’ I hope she doesn't try to convince me to stop my plans because I really hate telling her off.' thought Tokunbo to him self. The car glided smoothly through the streets, Tokunbo and Aunty Nike engaged in a conversation that seemed innocent on the surface but hinted at deeper undercurrents. As they approached their destination, Tokunbo wondered what lay ahead. What did Aunty Nike have planned for him? As they stepped out of the car, Tokunbo's gaze swept across the building's façade. The sleek glass and steel structure seemed to gleam in the fading light of day, its modern design a testament to the city's evolving skyline. Aunty Nike led the way, her heels clicking on the polished marble floor as they entered the lobby. The air inside was cool and crisp, filled with the soft hum of air conditioning and the muted chatter of people moving about their business. Inside, the building was just as impressive, with high ceilings and elegant decor that spoke of understated luxury. Tokunbo followed Aunty Nike to a private elevator, which whisked them up to the top floor with barely a whisper. The doors slid open, revealing a spacious office with a stunning view of the city. The room was tastefully decorated, with plush carpets and expensive-looking artwork adorning the walls. A woman stood up from behind the massive wooden desk, a warm smile spreading across her face. "Tokunbo, it's so good to see you," she said, her voice friendly and welcoming. Tokunbo's eyes narrowed slightly as he tried to place the woman. There was something familiar about her, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. "The pleasure is mine," he replied, his tone polite but guarded. Aunty Nike stepped forward, her movements graceful. "Tokunbo, this is Mrs. Nwosu. She's an...associate of mine.
