The queen awoke to a vacant bed, feeling a tad sad as she hoped he would still be here. She was quick to shrug the slight jab of pain away as she realized it was better like this. What would’ve happened if Rhael decided to show up unannounced and found him here this early in the morning? She shivered as she thought about it. Hell would break loose, that was for sure.
The princess climbed out of bed and took a quick shower. She hoped her people took the news positively, and that there wouldn’t be any riots. This alliance could really benefit both of the species as the Inzieans were way more advanced than they were. Another thing she hoped was that her people accepted their culture, which might be more difficult than it would seem as the Laomians culture was ingrained in their bones. She knew the middle-class people would easily accept it as they didn’t care much for it, but the ones of noble blood were set in their ways. She would know as she experienced it from first hand. The young queen sighed out as she wrapped a towel around her small body. Only time will tell what would happen.
She went back to her room to get dressed into a pair of black sport leggings and paired it with a dark green sweater. Why go to the trouble of wearing uncomfortable clothes when no one was there to see you. Only a handful of people worked here as no Laomian had any intention of invading this place. They would freeze to death in seconds. The only safe place in this area was the headquarter where she currently resided in.
A knock on the door caught Caelyn’s attention as she yelled a friendly, ‘come in.’
‘I wanted to ask if you would like to join us for breakfast,’ Kairos asked as he walked in, smiling softly at her. The queen grinned at his question.
‘Sure, I would love that,’ she said with confidence as she walked past by him.
After yesterday’s events, she had to think about everything. Her relationship with the two princes being one of them as she wasn’t sure how her people would take it. If her people weren’t on friendly terms with the Inzieans, they could rebel against her as both princes were courting her, something the nobles will surely be against.
The queen sighed out as she felt suffocated again by her duties. She always had to think about her actions and what kind of effect it would have on her people, one of the things that made her wish that she was just a normal girl.
‘What are you thinking about,’ Kairos asked as he looked at her with concern in his eyes, ‘you were sighing pretty loudly.’
‘Just my people,’ Caelyn started as she stopped with walking and turned to the prince, ‘I’m scared that they will not accept your people and that would mea-’
The queen didn’t get to finish her sentence as a sob left her mouth. Just thinking about leaving them made her heart squeeze in anguish. She was already falling for them and couldn’t imagine a life without them.
‘It will work,’ Kairos reassured her as he pulled her in for a hug, shushing her, ‘you have nothing to worry about.’
The queen cried for a little longer, taking strength out of his words. As long as she had her two princes she knew she would be all right. Besides, would it be that bad to be selfish for once, to feel like she was walking on clouds as fireworks coursed through her body every time they touched her.
‘Why does it take so long to get her, Kairos. I swear if yo-’ Drakos didn’t finish his sentence as he looked to his little angel with red puffy eyes. ‘What happened here,’ he asked as he walked over to her, kissing her tears away.
The queen chuckled as she was sandwiched between the two princes. This was where she belonged, in their arms, and she wouldn’t let anything come in between them.
‘I’m fine,’ Caelyn told him as she let go of Kairos who protested a little, but shut up with one icy glare of her. ‘Let’s go and eat something,’ she said as she dragged the two brothers behind her in search for some food. She hadn’t eaten anything since yesterday after her run. To say she was famished was the understatement of the year. After a walk of five minutes, she finally found the kitchen where the cook already made some breakfast.
‘Your highness,’ he said in a heavy southern accent, ‘it’s a pleasure to see you here.’
The queen smiled at the cook, his black hair now showing some grey streaks since the last day she saw him. ‘It smells delicious in here,’ she laughed as she took a piece of bacon.
The cook shook his head as she ate it, ‘don’t steal the food, my queen.’ He swapped her hand away as Caelyn only laughed louder. She always stole food from him since she was little a girl.
The two princes observed the interaction between the two and couldn’t help but smile as a warm feeling spread through them. Right now she didn’t look like a queen, but rather like a normal girl who loves to act like a little devil.
‘Could you make us some sandwiches,’ the queen asked as she stopped laughing, her eyes still showing her mirth.
‘Of course, my queen,’ his accent even heavier as his voice showed his laughter, ‘the same as always.’
The queen nodded and jumped on the counter, waiting for him to make them as she watched. She was always jealous of how he made cooking seem so easy, while in reality it was way harder. She could barely bake an egg without setting the house on fire.
As the queen was completely enthralled with the cook, she didn’t see Drakos who came closer to her, his hand slowly going up her thigh as jolts of pleasure travelled through her veins. Kairos watched the interaction and got turned on as he heard his little flower gasp when his hand squeezes her thigh. He saw his brother’s hand going to her most sensitive place, rubbing it as her toes curled in delight and couldn’t help but smirk as her eyes closed in pleasure her mouth open as she enjoyed it.
‘The sandwiches are done, your highness,’ the cook said as he turned around.
Caelyn immediately jumped off the counter, her cheeks slightly flushed as heat crept up her neck. The cook, however, didn’t notice anything. Caelyn quickly thanked him and scurried out of the room, the princes close behind her.
‘Don’t do that,’ she mumbled as she took a bite of her sandwich, giving one to them too.
‘Why not, you seemed to enjoy it,’ the second prince smirked as he whispered huskily, ‘maybe you even like the idea of doing it when other people could hear you.’
The young queen blushed furiously at his words, making him laugh as Kairos chuckled. ‘It’s not funny,’ she pouted as she looked away. Sometimes they could be mean, but she would be lying if she said she hated it. She loved their teasing, it would only turn her on more and to be honest, his comment made her feel flushed as she did indeed like the idea. The excitement of knowing that people could hear her if she wasn't quiet when her two princes pleasured her, seemed appealing.
‘We got all the information about your culture,’ Kairos said as he changed the subject, not wanting her to feel more uncomfortable.
The queen nodded at him and swallowed her food, ‘my people are looking for places to build the houses and the people that go to school are being educated.’
‘Why not the other people too,’ the second prince asked as he looked funny to his sandwich since he had never seen one. They didn’t have bread on their planet, at least not like this.
‘Because that will take some planning. They all have busy lives and I can’t force them to study your culture a couple hours a week. It will be broadcasted, but it will take a while before we have recorded everything,’ the queen explained as she finished her sandwich.
The second prince grumbled, but knew that she was right. She couldn’t force her people to suddenly change their lives. The only thing he could hope for was that it wouldn’t take months before his people could ascend the planet.
‘Where are we going?’ Kairos asked as he looked around him. They were in some plain hallway with no doors.
‘No idea,’ the queen shrugged, ‘I’m just walking around, but if you are scared that, we're ge-’
‘I’m not scared that we get lost,’ the first prince countered as Caelyn’s eyes was filled with laughter.
‘We are going to a garden,’ she answered as she rounded a corner, standing still in front of a door, ‘it’s a place I love to spend my time in.’
She opened the doors and revealed a spacious garden. It looked like a small meadow. The ceiling was completely made of glass as it led the sunlight in, allowing the various kinds of plants to grow and they could barely see the walls as immense trees stood in front of them, small animals hidden between them.
The ground beneath their feet was now soft as the cold concrete got replaced with soft soil. Various kinds of smells drafted towards the princes’ noses, smells that brought nostalgia with them. How they always hunted in the forest, looking at the night sky as stars fell. It was such a long time ago, since they could enjoy it. It almost felt like a lifetime.
‘How can all of this grow in here?’ Kairos wondered as he looked around him, walking a bit further in the room.
‘The temperature gets regulated and we have sprinklers to water the plants. This place slowly turned into its own environment over time,’ the queen answered as she walked further into the trees. The two princes were quick to follow her as they didn’t want to lose her.
Everywhere they looked they saw more and more plants, making them wonder how big this place was and it didn’t take long as they came across a small lake, fish swimming inside of them as butterflies and dragonflies were flying around.
‘I understand why this is one of your favorite places here,’ Drakos said as he looked around, his mouth wide open.
‘You should see it at night when the stars come out to play,’ the queen laughed as she walked over to the water, dipping her feet into it.
Kairos watched his little flower as she waded through the water, her leggings rolled up to her knees as to not wet them. A lust he had never felt took over him as she looked so innocent in that moment.
‘Are you thinking what I am thinking brother,’ Drakos said as he came to stand beside him, his voice gravelly and thick with lust.
Kairos looked at him and could see the dark blue scales already showing in his neck, signalling that his beast was present. They both felt the urge to mark and mate with her, but the first prince knew she wasn’t ready to bear their mark yet.
‘She isn’t ready for our mark yet, Drakos,’ the first prince sighed out as he fought the urge to sink his canines in the soft flesh of her neck.
‘Who says that we need to mark her,’ the second prince smirked.
Kairos shook his head, already knowing what this little trip will lead to. He just hoped that his little flower isn’t bothered that her first time will be with both of them. Speaking of her, she squealed loudly as a leech got stuck on her leg. Drakos was immediately alert as he looked at her.
‘Get it off,’ she yelped as she ran out of the water, ‘please.’
Kairos grabbed her in his arms in the hope to calm her down as she kept jumping up and down in fright and had to try his best not to laugh at her, but he couldn’t help the slight smile that played on his lips. He walked to a boulder and sat her on his lap, his arms around her, as he kissed her head. Her breathing laboured as she tried not to panic.
Drakos walked over to them and grabbed the leg of his little angel in his as he stared at the little bloodsucker, his nose scrunching up as he didn’t like the idea of his mela being hurt. He carefully pushed on the skin adjacent of the leech with his nail and pushed the mouth sideways and removed it as soon as it let go.
The queen let out a sigh of relief as soon as it was removed from her skin, ‘thank you.’
Drakos looked up to her eyes, glistening with unshed tears as she looked grateful. His heart skipped a beat as he stared into her inviting brown eyes, they held so much emotion. He looked away as he was not able to hold her gaze longer, not without kissing her senseless and stood up.
Kairos kissed Caelyn’s hair as his hands travelled underneath her shirt, caressing her stomach with featherlight touches. His brother watched the small interaction from where he stood, only a couple feet away from them. Seeing how his brother’s hand skimmed over to her breasts, cupping it as she moaned softly, making her clench her thighs to each other to relief some pressure there. He could feel his rod harden and he knew his brother was aroused too as the air got thick with their arousal.
‘How soundproof do you think this room is’ Drakos asked, looking into the queen’s thirsty eyes as she moistened her lips.
