Cemetery

As Prof Liu fed on the wife, the Priest and his servers began to flee from the scene. Dr. Frank immediately entered his car and drove away leaving the rest at the cemetery. One of the closest friends of Prof Liu’s wife felt sympathy for Prof Liu’s wife and went back to help. When she got there she held Prof Liu by the hair and started pulling him off from the wife. Being distracted from his meal, Prof Liu stood up as blood spit was dripping down his mouth; he lunged at the wife’s friend.

The police have been alerted at this point and they made their way to the cemetery; seeing Prof Liu feeding on the wife’s friend they ordered him to step away from the innocent lady. After several warnings with no positive response, the police started shooting at Prof Liu.

To their surprise, Prof Liu was not affected by the bullets, and unfortunately for one of the police, Prof Liu’s wife who was earlier bitten lunged at him and bite out his nose. The police officer cried out in pain as his colleague ran to him to help him.

Separating their colleague from a dead walker seems difficult; and after several attempts, they started hitting on Prof Liu’s wife who also turned to feed on them. The police trying not to get bitten fell into the hands of Prof Liu who was evoked with terrible hunger for fresh meat.

Not long enough after Dr. Frank got home, rumors began to spread by those who also escape the cemetery. Jessica heard of the rumor and was looking for Davis when she ran into Dr. Frank. “I heard what happened,” said Jessica to Dr. Frank. Dr. Frank tried to avoid the question by trying to walk past Jessica.

Jessica outwalked him and asked again, “Is it true?” Feeling embarrassed and angered Dr. Frank replied, “What do you want to hear from me?” “I need the truth,” Jessica replied. “There is no truth to tell,” Dr. Frank replied as he walks away from Jessica.

“Jessica!” Davis calls out as he and John ran up to Jessica. “What is going on between you and Dr. Frank?” Davis asked. “Just trying to find out some truth from him,” Jessica replied. “He can’t talk,” said Davis as he looks in the direction where Dr. Frank has taken. “Hey, Bebe!” John said. “I was wondering when you could notice my presence,” John added as he winks at Jessica. “Dude is serious for once,” Davis said as he snaps his finger in John’s face.

“People are dying in the cemetery and it is spreading downtown as well,” Jessica said looking at John and Davis. “How did you know about downtown?” Davis asked. “My roommate paid a visit to her aunt downtown and she saw hospital guard trying to hold down Prof Liu partner who drags his body around biting people,” Jessica narrated. “Mehn I said it!” John said out aloud. “Logically not all death was recorded from the staff quarters,” John added.

Meanwhile, at the hospital downtown, the guards who were trying to hold down Prof Liu’s partner have turned and five percent of the wards in the New Era Hospital have been infected. The infected ones dragged their body around the hospital wards looking for whom to bite.  The hospital authorities at this time have locked down the infected wards and were working hard in curtailing it.

The chief of police Commissioner Lee was alerted with the situation going on in his district. To make sure this does not get out to Eliot the great, he engaged the entire enforcement agency in the country and all the medical support they could get.

The New University of China being aware of Prof Liu’s failed experiment sent the school guard to get Dr. Frank who partnered with Prof Liu in his experiment. Davis with his friends was still talking when the school guards approached them and asked if they have seen Dr. Frank. With no hesitation, Jessica pointed them in the direction Dr. Frank took.

Not long enough; the school guards walked with Dr. Frank started making their way to the office of the President, Dr. Yiu. Dr. Yiu brought Dr. Frank before the school court to find out if he had hand in the incident going on in their school. After many queries by the Jury, they discharged Dr. Frank and placed him under watch asking him to comply.

It was already night and everyone was seated for dinner, they watched and listened to the news on CTVN as Eliot the great makes his announcement of his accomplishment and how he is committed to keeping the world’s peace. John who has never liked Eliot the great after World War X scoffs at him. “I thought he was your best?” Jessica asked making a joke out of it. “I rather go and embrace Prof Liu who is a dead walker than to be a fan of that bully who calls himself Eliot the great,” John said.

“I see you are very angry at Eliot the great,” Davis said as he held John by the shoulder. “Anyone one who endorses one government worldwide is worst than a dead walker,” John replied. “Hahaha!” Jessica laughs. “You won’t stop amusing me,” Jessica added. “We need to stand up against this man before he turns us to his robots,” John angrily said as he takes a bite of his beef.

As the students continued listening to the news and enjoying their dinner, five of the students ran inside the dining hall screaming. This startled everyone as they all got up to their feet: the five students started laughing at them saying, “It’s just for fun y’all. Enjoy your meal!”

On hearing this, the students seated near the door became angry and pursued the five students. John, Jessica, and Davis sat down and continued their meal and so do other students. Within minutes the five students who ran into the dining hall and the other students that pursued them started running back into the dining hall screaming, “Dead walkers! Dead walkers!”

None of the students paid attention to them and all continued their meal; immediately one of the students sitting close to the door was held by the head as one of the dead walkers bites the head of the student; the other dead walkers also lunged at the female student.

“Oh s**t!” Davis exclaimed. “This is real,” Davis added pointing the attention of John and Jessica to the entrance. The rest of the students quickly realized what was happening and as one of the students wanted to jump through the window, one of the dead walkers held him by the leg and bite his ass.

John who sat afar with his friends observing said out aloud, “Mehn the dead walker bite his ass.” John covered his ass with his hands and said to Jessica and Davis, “We need to skedaddle or we get our ass bitten.”
