(Daddy, Iyawo, Mama Yemisi, Nurses and other babies with their mothers are in the ward where new born babies and their mothers stays. Iyawo tries to sit on the bed as Mama Yemisi assists her to get up.) Iyawo: Nurse, how is my baby doing? Let me carry my baby boy. Nurse: (Smiles) Don't you know that you gave birth a baby girl? And she looks just like you. Iyawo: (Screams) What! Baby girl? Nurse: Yes. (Hands over the baby to her) Iyawo: (Looks at Daddy in the eye and bursts into tears) It should have been a baby girl. Nurse: (Surprised) What do you mean by that madam? There are so many women out there, praying for the fruit of the womb and they are so desperate hat they don't mind if it's male or a female. And you are here crying because you gave birth to a female child. You should thank God for giving you this child not crying. Daddy: (Ashamed) It's alright dear. Now I believe that this is how the Lord wants it and I can't change anything about it. I have accept my fate. Iyawo: My husband. I know you are not happy with what happened, please forgive me. I'm sure that our next born will be a boy. Please don't give up on me. (Weeping) Daddy: It's okay dear. (Mama Yemisi enters with food) Iyawo: (To Mama Yemisi) Thank you so much. And I'm sorry for everything that have done to you and your children. (Starts weeping again) Am really sorry. Can you please find a place in your heart to forgive me? And after all my troubles, this is now the result. Thank you for your patient. Mama Yemisi: (Hugged her) It's okay my wife. Light out...
