There was silence for a while and I knew it was time to discuss the matter at hand.
I had a feeling this wasn't going to end well.
"Our alpha is missing and there's been so sign of him for days. I fear to think of what may have happened to him." Grant said and I growled lowly, startling him.
"Allyson, I'm sorry that this upsets you but we need to be realistic here." Maggi persuaded and I could feel myself snapping already.
"Did any of you feel the bond break?" My voice came out sounding surprisingly calm but my grip on the table felt otherwise and I felt Jake's eyes on me.
