A couple hours later Harrison was still at his desk. The pain in his chest had not shifted. Why did her actions hurt him so much? Because he was stupid enough to fall in love with her, that’s why and she had used him. Well, now she has nothing. Now that Paul had quit too, she wouldn’t want to work here. So she will be out of his life for good. His thoughts were interrupted by the intercom.
“Harrison, do you need me anymore this evening. I have a couple of errands to run, and I really need to leave?”
