Marie's POV
We joined the pack for dinner and were half way through eating when Alpha Isaac got a link. Elliot's parents were at the border, requesting permission to enter. While I could feel Elliot's irritation over the bond, we also could not tell him no without raising suspicion. So, of course, Elliot told them to let him enter. When he arrived, Elliot and his parents greeted him at the door like they did when we arrived for the Alpha meeting, except Elliot and I stood on the opposite side of Alpha Isaac. After formalities are said, Elliot walks up to his mom and hugs her, love overflowing in the bond. Then Elliot shook his dad's hand and all the irritation came flooding back.
I had just assumed that his mom was in on the plan, but given the emotions I just felt, I'm not so sure. She
