After he had that conversation with Emily the other day, Lucas had not visited their space yet again.
Today, however, with a newly found smile on his face, he greeted everyone on his way towards his safe and happiest place in the pack; wherever Emily and Cornelius are.
Three times. He knocked on the door and was immediately answered by a sleepy little Cornelius, still wiping his eyes and yawning.
“Who is that— oh, Mister!”
Then, as if he was not just revelling in the aftermaths of a good night's sleep, his face brightened and all the signs of drowsiness faded away.
He jumped at Lucas and grabbed him into a tight hug with his small arms wrapping around his hips, making the Alpha giggle in response.
“Please, sit down. I will inform Mommy of your arrival!”
