Things were quite thick in the apartment, as there stood Emily, Alex and Sarah in a deep reunion after their hearsay at the precinct. It had really settled heavily upon them as a sad reality like dark lead clouds overhead, even with quite real the impending threat of Victor. They had what they needed to beef up both the physical and the mental defenses in order to make it through this.
"Let's go over our options again," Sarah suggested, even as firm as she always is. "We need to strategize on how to approach this situation without putting ourselves in further danger.
Emily nodded, with her heart throbbing. "I think we should reinforce our security. We can't afford to be caught off guard again. We should also consider getting some surveillance equipment, maybe cameras for the apartment."
