After the guys had explained that they didn't come here all the time and the fact that they used the back door instead of going through the main doors, it’s kind of explained why they never saw or heard about each other. Plus, the fact that everyone referred to Elijah as 'Jay' anyway.
As they continued talking, they didn't notice when Leo walked into the studio. Well, almost didn't notice. He, 4 seconds later, screamed at the top of his lungs "LEO IS IN THE BUILDING!!" He laughed and sat down with them. "Roman said he wants you all home in less than one hour. So, finish up what you guys were doing." They nodded and slowly stood up on the way Jonathan finally noticed the time.
