You Ate My Cake

Jayden's POV

We finally left Muzi's place and headed for Aeko's house. Once we reached there we grabbed Jason and Dad and drove them to Austin's house. It is really not far from Quinton's. Right now we're taking Jason and Nicolás into Austin's house. We reached the door and Muzi ringed the bell for us. Austin opens the door holding a gun and just immediately empties the bullets on my father's face.

Austin: Come in

Ethan: What the f**k was that?

Muzi: Don't ask

Me: Am I the only one who sees holes in my father's face?

Ethan: Is that even a face anymore?

Muzi: Just leave the body there, someone will get rid of it eventually

We walk into the house and all the lights were dimmed. I think we were in the living room or something.

Austin: Take him to the basement. Excuse my manners regarding your father but I never liked that man

Me: Wait he killed my father just because he doesn't like him?

Austin: No I killed your father because he let his son r**e my woman

Muzi: What are we going to do with him?

Austin: You are going to open him up

Me: What?

Austin: Yeah, I'm going to sell his organs, you know, put him to good use

Muzi: We going to open him up now?

Austin: Well yeah. I left Aeko alone in Cape Town and I have to fly back fast

Ethan: Well then let's get started

We head down to the basement dragging Jason with us.

Austin: Put him on that bed

Ethan and I carry Jason and place him on the empty bed that was on the far end corner of the basement. Actually it wasn't empty, there was blood all over including the floor. It seemed fresh seeing as how it's still wet.

Austin: Muzi open him now

Muzi: Aren't we going to put him to sleep first?

Austin: For what reason? Look we don't have all night, I'm suppose to be sleeping in your room Ethan

Ethan: How is she anyways?

Austin: She's hanging in there. It's not easy that you left her the way you did though

Ethan: It's for her own good

Austin: Her own good?

Muzi: Be a good boy and scream for me okay

Us: What?!

Muzi: No I was talking to Jason

Ethan: Anyways I can't really talk about it but it really is for her own good

Austin: She doesn't know does she?

Me: Know what?

Austin: That you're in the mafia

Ethan: She doesn't need to know

Austin: I can tell, she's not even tainted by this world

Me: So what's with you and my sister

Austin: I really like her. She's a special little girl

Me: Trust me she does not like being called little

Austin: Or a wuss

Ethan: Muzi when are you finishing?

Muzi: Give me a few more minutes

Austin: Is he dead or just unconscious?

Muzi: Well he no longer has a heart so I take it he's dead

Me: When did you do that?

Muzi: I don't waste time, why you think I'm the greatest surgeons ever?

Me: Because you really rich and people want your money

Austin: Look I have to go boys, you guys finish up and when you done throw his body into that barrel of acid. It's gonna eat his body up and won't even leave an inch of him

Ethan: Where did you get that?

Austin: Goodnight boys

After that he left.

Me: Am I the only one who doesn't get that guy?

Ethan: No

Muzi: I've never tried to

Me: I'm going home

Ethan: Woah who's going to put that there?

Me: You two

Muzi: I opened him up so I'm not doing that

Ethan: He's your brother so I'm not doing it

Me: Yeah we both are. Muzi you done?

Muzi: I'm finally done, you can have him now

We lift the body and throw it into the barrel. The acid immediately started eating Jason's body.

Me: Who's telling Aeko Jason's dead?

Muzi: Ethan you got this right?

Ethan: I hate you guys

Me: Let's just go home

We finally leave the house and get back to Muzi's place. Wait, I feel like I'm forgetting something... The package, s**t! I quickly call up Austin. He picks up after the third ring.

Austin: I had it dropped off at Muzi's place. It's a box

Me: Thanks

I then drop the call and start searching for it. I eventually find it in the living room. I take the box and sit down on the couch. I open it up and there's a note for me.

"Don't you just miss her Jay?"

I throw the note and look to see what's in the box. My eyes drew flame. There was a picture of Nadia the day she got killed. Who's messing with me? And why? I grab the box and take it to show Muzi and Ethan.

Me: Someone's messing with me

Muzi: What the f**k is this?

Ethan:Who could hate you this much? I mean how did they even know about Nadia?

Me: That's what we need to find out

Aeko's POV

I was half asleep when I felt someone sneak into my bed.

Me: Austin?

Austin: You're suppose to be asleep little girl

Me: Where are you coming from?

Austin: Nowhere important

I turn to look at him and he seemed all tired out. Gathering all my courage I take a deep breath and then kiss him. It didn't take long for him to respond and I finally got my magical, fairytale kiss. It felt amazing, his lips were so soft and the way he made his tongue dance with mine was incredible. The kiss said something about us. I don't know what we are but whatever we mean by, I love it. He cups my face and slowly lays me down on the bed again.

Austin: Sleep little girl. You need the rest

Me: Why are you here?

Austin: I can't answer that question right now

Me: Why not?

Austin: Sleep, we'll talk when I think I'm ready to tell you

He kisses me one last time then turns to sleep. I shift my body so that my back is faced to him. I won't lie, my heart was racing. I couldn't stop blushing like a little girl who just got her favorite toy in the world. With all this I eventually fall asleep. The next morning Austin offered to drop me off at school. As much as I love walking, I couldn't pass up a free ride. My school day was the same as usual. Nothing in perticular happened besides people eyeing Austin's car. He also pickede up from school which really had me thinking.

Me: What did you do?

Austin: What do you mean?

Me: First you drop me off, now you pick me up? I feel like something is up

Austin: You over thinking this really. I'm just trying to be nice that's all

Me: Nice, I see

Austin: You want to go to dinner?

Me: Just dinner this time?

Austin: Yes I promise you this time it's just gonna be you and me

Me: Okay then, I'll go

Austin: Great you can wear whatever you want by the way

Me: I wouldn't say that if I were you but I know what you mean

Austin: I'll pick you up say, ten

Me: I'll be waiting

We had reached the apartment building to I went out the car and waged goodbye as he drove off. I reach my apartment and go straight for the kitchen. I'm craving some cake again. I open the fridge and it wasn't there. Goddammit Austin!!! I grab my phone and call him up.

Me: Where's my damn cake?!

Austin: You still were gonna eat that? I'm sorry little girl but it just looked so good

Me: I know that's why it was mine!!!

Austin: Next time you should put a "Do Not Eat" sign

Me: Better yet I'm getting a lock for my fridge

Austin: That's a bit drastic. What am I suppose to eat?

Me: Figure it out

After that I drop the call. Make myself some quick noodles and enjoy them with the TV. I finish up and washy bowl then pack it away. The time was four in the afternoon so I decided to get some sleep before the date. I set my timer to ring in six hours then I slumber off to sleep.

It's ten forty five and I'm already finished with getting dressed. I decided to wear a knee hugging dress. It wasn't too long or too short. It was white and had an open back. This was actually a dress gifted to me by Nadia just in case I finally decided to go on a date. I wish she was here to see me right now. I hear my phone ringing so I decide to check who it is. Alex. Wait, why is Alex saved on my contact list?

Me: Yes Alex I'm almost done. I'll be down in a minute

Alex: There is no rush Ma'am, Sir just asked me to check up on you. Between you and me, he's pretty nervous

Me: You serious? The Austin Jones is nervous?

Alex: I couldn't believe it myself

Me: Funny ain't it. Let me finish up Alex, tell Sir I'll be there soon

Alex: Yes Ma'am

I then drop the call then grab my purse and head down stairs. As always Alex was right in front so I hopped in the car and he started driving. I turn and kiss Austin on the cheek, hopefully that will help calm him down.

Austin: What was that for?

Me: Just felt like giving you a kiss

He then cups my face and gives me an aggressive kiss. It was so unexpected my eyes just popped out. By the time he let go I was out of breathe.

Me: What was that for?

Austin: I don't take half kisses

Me: So where are we going?

Austin: To my penthouse

Me: I've been wondering where you live

Austin: Actually I have a lot of penthouses all over the world, I'd say my main home is Durban

Me: Funny I've never seen you around. Then again I never really used to leave the house

Alex: We've arrived Sir

Austin:Great, turn around and close your eyes

Me: Why?

Austin: Just do it

I turn and close my eyes then I feel something covering the top half of my face.

Me: Am I wearing a blindfold?

Austin: Yes, don't worry I'll carry you to out dinner area

Me: Where is it?

Austin: You'll see

I then hear the door open and feel someone carry me. It took a while to get to wherever we were going and we kept making small talk on the way.

Austin: We're here

Me: Can I take this off now?

Austin: Yeah just let me put you down first

He then slowly drops me so that I'm standing on my own. I slowly take off my blindfold and what I saw was beautiful. We were on the roof and the view was simply angelic.

Austin: Next time we'll have a picnic at the park

Me: Austin this is... Its just...

Austin: No need to compliment me, I'm awesome I know

Me: Can't you just take the compliment and shut up. You ruining my moment

Austin: Sorry Ma'am I'll let you enjoy the view

Me: Finally he calls me anything but little girl

Austin: Don't be too excited, it's only for the night. Come let's sit down

Me: You such a spoiler

Austin: Isn't that what you love about me?

Me: Don't push your luck. So what are we having?

Austin: I have no idea, I tried cooking but then I burnt the food so...

Me: Let me order some pizza

Austin: But I already got the help to cook for us

Me: I don't need a fancy meal, pizza is just fine

Austin: Fine in the mean time, champagne?

Me: I don't drink actually, apple juice will be fine

Austin: You really are a little girl

Me: Isn't that why you love me?

Austin: Using my own words against me, smart

Me: I learnt from the best

Austin: I am a great teacher, aren't I

Me: Your ego is just too much really. I mean how do you live with yourself

Austin: Same way every other guy does
