After his last lesson that day in the store, Ethan snagged some time in the adjacent recording studio. His friend Tyler, who was also the drummer for Tin Roof, had agreed to meet him and run the soundboard, but apparently he was running late. Ethan messed around tuning his guitar, checking the amps, and warming up his voice. He wanted to lay down this track even more after the responses he"d gotten at the bonfire. And maybe after Courtney told him she liked it. Tyler finally slouched in, his dark hair unkempt and his eyes looking like he had partied a little too hard the night before.
