CHAPTER 13 : [ DENISE'S POV ]

I've known about this g**g of theirs for about a year now - it was just recent that I glued it altogether. There is one person this all connects to ' Athena '  - she has been quite nice to me over the years . I'm going to admit I was terrified of what she did to Samantha , just imagine she did that all for one person Elizabeth Feral. 

                                                                          [ OLIVER'S POV ]

'' What exactly do you know about us Denise ? ''   '' I know everything - almost everything , I know the members ,the meet ups ''   '' want me to handle it ?''   '' Stella step back its alright !''  '' I just never expected you to know this ! ''  '' why because I'm a girl or lets say I have red hair and puppy hazel eyes . ''  ''No now you being ridiculous - Denise you going to shut up about this not a word to anyone and Athena doesn't get to know! ''   '' Alright I can do that although you have to keep an eye on her , something is worrying her!''  '' You don't think I noticed , what do you think I've been doing ?! ''

                                                                          [ ATHENA'S POV ]

I decided to open my books a little and read through . It was Sunday and everyone was going to gather for a barbeque . I heard the distant music , I looked at my phone it was 5: 45 pm - I felt like going for a swim so I changed in a beautiful striped bikini and I left my hair loose.

I walked out of my room with a towel in my hand , I turn around and I see Elizabeth Feral locking her room , I never knew she's opposite me . '' Oh hi , you my neighbor that's good ''   '' hi Elizabeth ! ''    '' you going swimming that's cool ,thought you coming to the gathering ''  '' I would have but I'm not really in the mood'' she looks down at my belly ring '' that's cool ! '' '' thanks ''  '' when did you get it ?''  '' last year !'' ''The boys would drool over you if they saw you right now ''   I end up laughing'' not if they see that dress of yours first !''  '' oh please haven't you heard I'm being called a s**t ''  '' ignore Samantha - she's stupid '' I was about to walk away when she speaks '' thank you for defending me , I don't remember the last time someone did that for me . ''  '' Its alright ! ''  '' I have to get to the gathering we can walk together if you want !''  '' sure lets go'' as I'm walking I get a phone call from Charlie '' go on you going to be late , got to take this!''  '' sure see you''

I quickly answer the call once she leaves :

CHARLIE : '' Hey kiddo got some news for you !''

ATHENA : '' Hey what's going on?''

CHARLIE : '' A g**g called Diversion is on the lookout for you - Marco Young is one of the reason they hover around you !'' 

ATHENA : '' You mean the boss ! whose the leader of this g**g ?'' 

CHARLIE : '' You know him , its some guy the name is Oliver Maddow '' 

ATHENA : '' What does Marco want with me ?'' 

CHARLIE : '' He owes a favor to someone that's all I know , kiddo go to High town club tomorrow its safer!''

ATHENA : '' I hate that place!''

CHARLIE : '' Its either that or you don't come , be safe Athena you still have a brother out there you got to be safe!'' 

ATHENA : '' I understand thanks Charlie I owe you ''

CHARLIE : '' Don't be silly I have a niece who looks up to you that's all I need ''

ATHENA : '' I'll speak to you again Charlie , evening !''

CHARLIE : '' Evening kiddo''

I walked over to the pool area ,this never set well with me . I got in the pool and swam - the water was cold and cool ,I missed swimming so much. 

                                                                           [ OLIVER'S POV ]

 I was watching her closely , I got rid of Denise for a while. Athena exits the pool I make my way over '' you look beautiful !'' she turns around and looks at me '' don't stare at me like that !''  I walk over to her ''why?''  she doesn't have an answer so she turns around ,I walk closer to her and wrap my hands around her waist- she  seems startled by my touch. I bent my head and kiss her on her neck , she closes her eyes gently '' why shouldn't I look at you that way ?'' 

                                                                          [ ATHENA'S POV ]

The way he makes me feel is simply amazing - the feeling is electrifying.  I know I needed to know more about Diversion but that could wait - he knows exactly what to do to make me feel good. '' Why shouldn't I look at you ?''   '' I'm not good for you!''  his hands roamed all over my tummy making me get butterflies  ''you perfect Athena , every inch of you is perfect ! ''  '' you lying !''   '' I'm not at all''
