CHAPTER 11 : [ ATHENA'S POV ]

I walk back in the building and the main lights go off . It was so dark - breathe in and breathe out Athena its just the lights. I walk slowly looking around me to make sure there was nobody . I hear droplets of water , I stop dead in my tracks - music starts playing . I continue walking when I figure out the lyrics - it was Stand in the rain by Superchick .
[ OLIVER'S POV ]
The song was being played , Phillip was outside , Jason was on watch near the library and Johnathan was near the main entrance . Johnathan starts speaking to me through our headsets , I hear half of what his saying - his words didn't matter at the moment because I heard this melodious singing " Oliver you there?" " Johnathan what's wrong ? " " I've been talking but you never heard , well she's coming your way oh and this girl can sing" I listen a little longer - I was stationed near the private study , it had a view of the kitchen due to the skylight . She enters the kitchen in just a nightie , now I know why Phillip warned me about the pizza guy . I'm going to admit she looks hot as hell , she sits down on one of the chairs and starts eating pizza , she finishes shortly and walks up to her section - she might look thin and all but she eats a whole box of pizza I'm honestly surprised . The guys come back and Jason tells me how she ran to her room after he put the boogie man mask on " she was really frightened and she ran really fast in fact she muttered to herself while running ' hallucinations ' " " Thanks guys see you on the other side of campus " they all leave , Johnathan was leaving when we hear a really loud scream . Johnathan looks at me " want me to stay? " " no its alright I'll go check" " you sure ? " " GO JOHNATHAN I'LL HANDLE IT!" after I convinced him I went to her room.
[ ATHENA'S POV ]
It happened again ! Jake , the nightmares. I hope no one heard me this is the first time I scream. I went to the window and made sure its closed then I see someone looking at me , I step back and screamed. I rub my eyes and when I look again there's no one , I put my hand to my chest - my heart was beating so fast . I hear a knock on my door I immediately panic who is it this rime ?!
[ OLIVER'S POV ]
I was walking to her room when I hear another scream now I started running to her room - I hope she's okay. I reach her room and knock repeatedly - no response! I back away and waited maybe she will exit her room .
[ ATHENA'S POV ]
I never felt safe in my room , I left my room and headed to the kitchen . I reached the kitchen and pulled out a chair , I sat on it and pulled my knees on the chair - I placed my head on my knees . The silence was creepy but I had no choice , I'm not even sure if William knew about my nightmares .
[ OLIVER'S POV ]
I reached the kitchen to find Athena resting her head on her knees I called out to her and there was no response , I walked over to the table , bent down and called her- she was asleep " Athena wake up! " after several minutes of calling her she still never woke up . I picked her up slowly - I carried her bridal style to her room , she wasn't heavy at all . I stayed a little longer in the girls section mainly because I needed to make sure she was fine. I looked down at her - she was still sleeping , she moved a little putting her arms around my tummy area I put one of my arms under her supporting her body.

I reach her room and slightly kick the door open - I put her down on the bed and covered her with the blanket as I was about to walk away I look back at her - the moonlight lit up her face in the dark . I bent down and kissed her on the forehead, I left her room and I left the campus . I took my phone out and called William - I explained the situation I wasn't completely honest about it , I want to find out who caused this to her . I'm going to have to wait till tomorrow to find out.
