Aurora POV.
I run my hand up and down the backbone of the tattered book which held so many photos of my childhood.
I am tired. I can't cry anymore. I feel so numb and I feel as though everything I've believed in is a lie. I don't think this is even real.
I hear the door slam and I look up to meet the gazes of Spencer and Carter.
They both sit on the either side of me. Spencer keeps his eyes off the ground while Carter looks at the door as if awaiting for the worse.
