Third Person POV.
Nathaniel's father glides across the room with a deadly grin. He steps forward and nears towards the bed.
Nathaniel holds Aurora in a protective stance and holds her close into his embrace.
"Kayden." Nathaniel says with a deadly tone.
Kayden turns around and grins at his son. He smiles at the girl behind him.
"Aw Nathaniel is that how you address your beloved father."
Aurora gasps and holds onto Nathaniel tighter.
Her gasping turns Nathaniel's attention towards her and in that moment Kayden takes a shot.
A grunt of pain is heard and Nathaniel looks up to see the bullet laying on the ground but droplets of blood trailing to the shooter. He makes eye contact with his father only to see him in pain.
