When she moaned and moved, I quickly got up and looked at her. She was asleep! When she fell asleep, I don’t know. I guess Tolkien and I spoke and the silence may have pulled her to sleep. I moved the torn shirt material away and to my relief saw that the bleeding had stopped. It was covered in her blood but at least she wasn’t bleeding anymore.
