I felt better when I woke up in Duncan’s arms. Taking the night off from drama and chaos was what we both needed, along with a few good love making sessions throughout the night. Duncan stirred beside me.
“Are you awake?” I whispered softly.
“Mm,” he moaned and held me tightly. “If I say no, can we just stay in bed?”
“I would love that,” I sighed. “But I think we got lucky with one night off.”
“What are the plans today?” He asked and slowly ran his hands through my hair.
“We will need to rework the boundaries so the wall can be placed,” I answered. “We will be vulnerable during that time. How long will it take?”
