"Mtcheww... What gods!" Xander sighs in anger that Ava would dress like that in the office. He sits back lost in his own thought while Ava was determined to get his attention. Everything is settled, but seeing Susan as Ava opens the door makes Ava so angry. She stands in the way, obstructing Mr Xander from seeing who was on the door.
She stood for a while. Xander still noticing light reflections in his direction, looks up. "What's the problem, Ava? Why are you still standing at the door? Any issues?" So concerned why she is still at the door.
She takes a while to respond. He stands up from his seat and stretching his head; he sees Susan. Seeing Susan, he's now aware why Ava hasn't answered him. To redeem the moment and see his joy giver. "Ava, who is there? Let him or her in. You can go to your office, I will send for you when next time I need you. Okay?" He alters out loud
Ava walks out of the way for Susan to enter to the office of Mr Xander. She is suddenly disturbed as Susan smiles, waking in.
"Oh, Susan, it's you." Xander says, acting like he's just seeing her.
"Yes, I'm the one." She replies in a good and cute manner. "Good morning, sir. How are you doing?"
"Hahaha," he laughs calmly. "I'm thrilled to see you this morning. Hope there aren't any problems?" He asks, as it's unlike her to come first to his office when she arrives at work.
"Please have a sit."
"I'm sorry I worked in so early. I can see you're busy at the moment, but I promise to be fast, sir." She says out to him.
"Hmmmmm. It must be serious, I guess? You are not someone that goes around for nothing. Speak, I'm listening." He answers her as he is happy to listen to her and will help if there are any problems at all.
"I was wondering why it is you all to Ava. The junior staffs have been on and on about her dress sense to work. The attitude of workers is of high priority to maintain the image of a certain company.”
Quitely listening to her, he draws a conclusion that she is not only a good woman but also a great leader who puts others into consideration, even if it involves her risking a lot and facing criticism from people. "Thanks for your concern, dear. I had already informed Ava that such acts are not allowed. Her grace is her effectiveness to work, which saved her today."
Susan is now her going to speak with Ava wouldn't be odd as she doesn't want to start a war with Ava as they are good friends. She stands up and takes her greetings as she walks out of his office.
...
Walking up to Ava in her office with a stern expression on her face. She can't stand the way Ava was dressed, and she needed to say something as her major concern was the other colleagues who were looking up to Ava. She walks and stands very close to Ava. "Ava, what are you wearing? That's not appropriate for the workplace."
"Excuse me? Who are you to tell me what's appropriate? I can wear whatever I want." Ava replies her with anger in her voice, not minding they are friends.
She is shocked at Ava's tone. "No, you can't. That outfit is not only inappropriate, but it's also not going to attract the man you want." She says as she grabs Ava's hand, looking her directly in the eyes.
Ava flames up and then responds to her, pulling her hands out of Susan's hand. "What do you mean? I dress like this because I want to attract men? Is that how cheap you think of me?" She exclaims, acting innocent.
"Well, let me tell you something. Dressing like that will not attract a good man. It's only going to attract someone who's interested in one thing, which is s*x, that's all." She mutters further in a low voice, not to alert anyone at work.
Ava fends innocent as she yells at her. "How dare you say that to me? You know nothing about me or what I want." She quickly stands up from the chair, feeling a lot of embarrassment. "You call yourself my friend. Is that why you think you can talk to me anyhow and tell me what to do?" She questions her friendship with Susan.
"Not at all. I'm just trying to help you, Ava. I've seen people who have been there before, and I know that dressing like that will not get you what you want." She boldly says again, putting it to Ava that she dressed for a reason, though she doesn't want to admit to it.
Ava, ashamed that it's obvious to Susan why she is dressed like this, says to her. "You know what? I don't need your help. I don't even know why you're here. You can leave my office right now."
"Ava!"
"Yes? I mean it. Leave my office." Ava points to the door.
Susan feels she has hurt Ava's ego while trying to make her understand. "You're misunderstanding everything." Susan says. She resolves in her heart to talk to Ava once she is calm. "Fine. But just remember, Ava, that you're better than this. You don't need to dress like this to get attention." She adds, leaving the office.
Just then, in jealousy, Ava speaks out of her minds without thinking. "I can't even look at you right now. You're such a hypocrite. You aren't any different. You dress just like me. After all, you already seduced the man you want, right?" She says before realising her words.
"Me?!" Susan pats her chest as she turns back, with all shades of shock. "Sorry you said what?"
Just then, Ava realises she had gone out of line, but she was already pained as well and needed to spill her mind.
