Walking towards the end of the staircase, looking undistracted. There, Mr Xander and John stand waiting for the ladies to arrive. Everyone stares at their stunning appearance from their hair down to their footwear. They look wow, like never and every one Looking has it writing on their face that they are looking beautiful more than expected.
As they walk down, holding their hands separately with the spotlight on them, they smile as they see everyone's eyes glued to them alone. They smile but as they approach towards the end of the stair. Their face turn red as a sign of shyness.
Can't take the silence upon the wonderful beauty he is seeing right before him. Standing there, Xander is sure that he wants to keep Susan, still not sure of the thing he feels but is sure he needs her by his side always.
"Wow, would you look at that!" Susan looks stunning in that dress. John says out to his hearing.
"Hmmm." He exclaims, replying to John. "You're right! Ketty's outfit is absolutely gorgeous too!" He mutters out, still looking at them.
Then, the ladies are finally down, looking at him and John as they both smile, stretching out their hands to the ladies, respectively. Xander to Susan and John to Ketty. All their focus is now within the four of them. Everyone at the party seems invisible to them. Some care less about that, focusing on eating the sweet delicacies and build new friendships with people they haven't seen before. But only Ava was immune to that as she sits drinking heavily, looking at Mr Xander and Susan hold hands walking to their seats.
Xander breaks the awkward silence between him and Susan as they walk down to their chair. He chuckles. "Hey dear! You look amazing tonight! I never saw this coming." He compliments her, looking towards their seat, avoiding eyes contact with them.
She smiles silently and replies. "So you are saying you never thought I can be this beautiful?" She asks him, trying to pull his leg unknowing to him.
"No, no, I didn't mean that, I said that.–"
He gets cut off before completing his words with her. "Thank you so much, Mr Xander! I really appreciate it. I was only messing with your head. I'm sorry about that. " She smiles as she looks at his face and notices his expression.
It still amazed John at Ketty's beauty. "As shy as he can't say anything, even though he has a lot of compliments he hoards in his heart, still can't." Ketty thought in her mind as she waits for John to say a word of compliment about her beauty this night as she can see it in his eyes.
Just then, John draws closer near to her. "Ketty, you're killing it in that outfit! It's so chic. You are a beauty, not just beautiful." He mentions with a smile on his face.
"Thanks, John!" she mutters in shock as she tares non stop at him. "I thought you will not appreciate my fashion sense."
John smiles more than he pulls out the chair for her to sit. He whispers in her ear. "I was shy back then because I was being cautious. But now am not anymore. You are mine." He whispers into her ear, leaving her eyes wide open and blushing.
Hearing this, Ketty can't help but stare at John undistracted and never saw him as a cool, dominating guy. But with this, she is certainly never leaving him for any girl.
Xander draws out the seat for Susan to sit while approaching his own seat next to Susan. He asks. "So, Susan, are you enjoying the party so far?" In a curious way.
"Yes, it's been great! The music is amazing, and the company is even better." She says out to him as she smiles.
He grabs what she meant and then smiles, realising that the company she mentioned was him in person been by her side. He is happy and glad she is his.
John asks Ketty in curiosity, for she and Susan's out fit we're topnotch. "Ketty, I have to ask, where did you get that dress? Whose idea is it.?" He looks at her in anticipation of an answer.
"Actually, my friend designed it herself! She is thinking of starting and owning her own fashion line. So she let us wear as a way of advertising for her. You know we are a great figure." She says coquettishly. John just shakes his head at her words.
It's time to cut the cake, as the anchor for the night calls out to the celebrants. Xander picks up his twin sister, heads out to the stand for the cake cutting celebration as the counting is done and the cake cut. As they both stand to give their vote of thanks to their guests who honoured their invitations, everyone applaud them for their speech, as everyone enjoyed their selves for the night before heading out to their room. It's time to give out gifts. The twin seats down while their hired bodyguards gets the gift from the guests from those presenting gifts.
John and Susan walk up to them to hand out their gift, just as they near the twin, Xander and Ketty, stand up from their seats as they meet up. Just as they approach the celebrants with gifts, they both refuse, insisting that they escort them go see somewhere. Both John and Susan agree. As they all walk out of the party heading upstairs, holding hands, Ava seethes within herself. She can't help it any longer. She takes a bottle of spirit and out she is right there on a couch.
They both walk up the stairs, quickly but quietly, as Susan can't take it walking so long on a heel.
"Here we are, my room." Xander opines, pointing at the room.
"Wow, it's a nice room!" Susan appreciates.
"Thanks, I have something to show you." He mentions to her. Just then, they suddenly lock eyes and the tension between them becomes palpable. Can't control it anymore. He quickly kisses her. She pushes away to the bed as she stares downwards.
