The Impostor

CHAPTER 1

JYP headquarters is known for having the best agents that you'll meet. They have agents that's good on hand on hand combat, guns, knives and any weapons, you name it all. They have the best hackers and decoders but they're not easy to recruit because they only accept missions that's really challenging and hard. They're also making sure that the mission they're going to get is clean and not illegal. 

Missions that can't be solve by FBIs, spies and any agent agencies is going to be hold by JYP agents and all you need to do is to chill, relax and wait for the good news because JYP agents is the best, they will not go back to you if they're not yet done. If they are your agents, expect for the best results because they really. Is. The. Best. 

Reasons behind it? 

They're adopting orphans and training them until they reach the right age to go for missions. They have permit and the President knows about that, there's no complains so far because they're taking good care of their agents and the owner —also known as JYP—is treating his agents as his own children. Adopting them, educating them, feeding and giving all they need and want. They're all living in one island that have a lot of mansions, buildings and open fields. Trainess, rookies and seniors have different mansions—yes, they're living in a mansion. Every mansion have rooms for each group because agents have their own groups to do their missions. 

Rookies and trainees is on the other side of the island and living in a dorm just like a normal college student. Training, studying, eating and sleeping. That's a normal routine for them while all of the seniors or agents that have a high rank is on the other side of the island. It actually looks like subdivision that have a lot of luxury houses where the groups is living and outside is the open field and training area. 

JYP is known for his love to his agents, he's so caring and generous but little did they know... There's some particular blonde kid who have a pretty face with pretty eyes and bangs that he treats so opposite to the other agents and trainees. 

"Shut up and follow my orders!" JYP shouted in anger to the trembling little kid in front of him. 

"B-But—" 

"I SAID SHUT UP!!" JYP shouted again and this time, the kid started to cry. 

"Don't open that mouth and just follow everything that I'm going to say! You're such a little b***h that's so useless!" The kid was about to say something when JYP slap her hard that made her to fall on the ground and just cry even more. JYP grab her hair and get the stick at his table. 

"You're so loud!" JYP said then hit the kid using the stick that made her to hiss in pain and cry harder. 

"Stop! Stop! Stop!" JYP shouted with every hit.

"If I heard anything from you again, I'm going to cut your tongue out! Understood?!" JYP yelled and the girl nod while trying not to make any sound. Her back is aching because of the whips she received. JYP pulled her hair again then slap her so hard that she hit her head at the end of the table.

"Leave and train! Study or anything! Just be useful and don't be a lazy little b***h! You're just nothing!" JYP shouted then throw the stick to the girl who run outside the office while crying. She's wiping her tears and looking down that she didn't notice someone in front of her. They both fall on the ground and the girl got panic and help her to stand up. 

"Hey, I'm sorry I didn't saw you" the girl said while checking on the kid with bangs. She thought she's crying because they bump each other. 

"Hey stop crying. Are you hurt? I'm really sorry" the girl said but the blonde kid just continue crying at the floor. 

"JYP..." The blonde kid said through her sobs. 

"H-He punished me a-again" the blonde said while still crying. 

"He punished you? But he's a good guy, he won't do that to us" the girl said while rubbing the blonde's back.

"H-He punished me" the blonde said again. 

"Okay okay" the girl lift her chin up and look at her. She's shock at first because the blonde have a beautiful pair of eyes and she looks so cute with tears glistening in it. 

"Wow, you have a beautiful eyes" the girl said that made the blonde to blush. 

"R-Really?" The blonde asked cutely. 

The girl was about to answer when they heard the announcer through the speaker that's on the hallways said that they should go to the field now for room assignments for the kids. 

"We need to go now" the girl said while wiping the blonde's tears. 

"Don't cry, you're so beautiful" she said then smile dearly. She stand up and offer her hand to the blonde which the kid took and then wipe her tears one more time while looking at the older girl. 

"I hope we have the same room" the girl said. 

The universe must be on their side because they found out that they have the same room together with another two kids. 

"It's you!" The girl said to the blonde and hug her. 

"Come here, I'll introduce you to my friends, I met them at the orphanage where we used to stay before JYP adopted us" she hold the blonde’s hand and walk towards them. 

"This is Lia and this Chaeryeong" she introduced them. "I'm Minju and you are?" 

The blonde look at her first, hesitating if she'll say her name or what. She never met kids before because she’s not allowed to go outside until she reached six years old. 

"I... I'm Ryujin" the blonde said cutely and the three girls cooed because she looks so adorable. 

"Hi Ryujin! We're going to be a great friends!" Lia said then put her arm around Ryujin's shoulder. 

"F-Friends?" Ryujin asked as she look up to the older girl. 

"You don't know friends?" Chaeryeong asked and Ryujin shake her head. 

"Oh dear, friends is someone who can stay beside you and hear your stories and complains. They're there everytime you need them and they always got your back. They're your personal diary because they're going to keep your secrets and will support you to anything" Chaeryeong answered as Ryujin look at her with confusion. 

"So Ryujin... Do you want us to be your friends?" Minju the asked.

Ryujin think first before nodding her head that made the three to squeal and hug her. 

"I'm going to take care of you so well Ryujin" Minju said then patted her head. 

The four became really close. They go to their study area together, go to field and train together, go to the big hall where trainees eat. 

They almost do everything together to be exact. Ryujin is still trying to talk and reach out to JYP but she always gets punishments and will go back to her shared room to her friends with bruises and wounds and she's already crying hard but there's Chaeryeong who's going to treat her wounds, Chaeryeong making her feel better and Minju who's going to stay by her side until she fall asleep. Their life continued like that until Ryujin give up reaching out JYP, she's really quiet because she's afraid that JYP might hear her and will hit her again but if she's with her three friends, she's carefree and will act like herself. She's not into making friends because for her, Chaeryeong, Minju and Lia is enough. She's not going outside to play like the other kids when it's weekend because if JYP sees her, he will call her to his office and will hit her again telling that she don't deserve being happy outside and play with others because she's useless and just a nobody. 

There's one weekend that she cried because JYP saw her outside and punish her. Minju saw her inside their room crying and the older girl got really mad and furious that she walk inside JYP's office to confront him. JYP said that it's a misunderstanding and explain his side with lies in soft and sweet voice because he don't want his agents to hate him. He said that Ryujin tripped and broke something that causes her to have bruises and wounds and he scolded her out of worries, he's so worried that he didn't control his voice. Minju go back to their room and just treat Ryujin's wounds, feed her and sang her a song until she fall asleep. The next day, Minju, Lia and Chaeryeong is outside to play with their friends when JYP's men drag Ryujin inside JYP's office and tied her hands up. 

"I told you to be quiet didn't I?" JYP asked while holding a rope with spikes. Ryujin started to shake in fear, she's just six, what do you expect? 

"Minju went here because of you! She got mad because of you! Do you want to ruin my image? BASTARD!!" JYP shouted with a strong hit at Ryujin's back and the kid immediately wince in pain and cry but got another whip at her back. 

"Why don't you just shut your mouth up and train and study?! Huh?!" Another whip. 

"I said shut your mouth up!" Another. 

"No one should know about this! Understood?!" Another whip. 

"I'm asking you!" Another and another until Ryujin's head hang low because of the pain. She can't even cry because of so much pain that it already feels numb. She can't feel her back anymore even the blood that's dripping. 

"Shut up. Don't tell this to anyone and follow my orders" JYP said calmly. 

"Do you understand?" JYP whispered and Ryujin nod her head. 

"Clean her and bring her back to her room" JYP said to the agents which they did. Ryujin passed out already and after cleaning her back and giving her new clothes, they put her back to her room and tuck her under the blanket. It's almost 8PM when her friends arrived. 

"Ryu?" Lia sat beside her and pat her shoulder lightly. 

"Ryu wake up" Lia called softly and Ryujin just hummed in response not minding to turn around and face her friend. 

"Let's eat, come on" Lia said but Ryujin just shook her head. 

"We have classes and training tomorrow, you need to eat" Lia said but Ryujin just shake her head again. 

Lia look at Chaeryeong asking for help. The older walk towards the bed and hold Ryujin's hip. 

"Ryu come on. The food is good tonight, it's your favorite" Chaeryeong said but no response. 

"What's happening?" Minju asked, she just went out of the bathroom. 

"She don't want to eat, she didn't even join us earlier at lunch" Chaeryeong said and Minju walk towards them. 

"Ryu, what's the problem? You can tell us" Minju asked as she sat at the other side of the bed where Ryujin is facing and again, Ryujin shake her head. 

"You're not hungry?" Minju asked and Ryujin shake her head. 

"Okay, I'll bring food here and if ever you got hungry, just eat okay?" Minju said then kiss Ryujin's forehead before telling the other two to just let her be. 

Months had passed, they're really worried because Ryujin became really quiet. She'll not talk if not asked and usually, you'll just get nods and shakes of heads. Minju being so soft to her, she's the one who's always asking if Ryujin's okay or what's her problem but the kid will just hug her and bury her face at the older’s neck. Minju will just sigh and rub her back until she fall asleep. She's really on hands to Ryujin and would take care of her really well. 

Years had passed. 16 years old Ryujin, 17 Lia, 18 Minju and 18 Chaeryeong. Their schedules got change because Minju and Chaeryeong is now in another level but they make sure that they still have time for each other. They miss the bubbly and jolly Ryujin too but the latter don't want to tell them what's her problem, if she's ask, she'll just shake her head and hug who asked her. 

Minju being so caring to Ryujin, they both grew feelings for each other and Minju makes Ryujin to at least talk again that made them happy. Ryujin started laughing and hanging out with them outside again. They really love each other despite their different schedules because they will still cuddle everynight. JYP found out about their relationship and he once saw Ryujin laughing with Minju outside and he got mad, he always send Ryujin to his office everyday and will punish her telling her that she don't deserve to be happy. Ryujin will just shut her mouth up while enduring the pain because the more she'll talk and wince in pain, the more JYP will hit her. As usual, she'll be sent back to her room without any signs that she's beaten up. She will just go straight to bed and will rest. 

One day, she woke up because of the movement beside her and felt a warm and comforting arm around her. 

"Baby" Minju's sweet voice will make her pain go away. She feels like she can do everything and can endure anything because of her lover. 

"You're tired?" Ryujin asked as she turn around and spoon her girlfriend. 

"Mhm" Minju answered and scoots closer to Ryujin's chest. 

"I love you" Ryujin said then kiss her forehead. She stroke Minju's hair until the girl fall asleep. 

17 years old Ryujin. 18 Lia, 19 Minju and 19 Chaeryeong. Minryeong is now a rookie agent, they're sometimes going to missions to help and Ryujin will always be paranoid and worried if Minju's away even if she's in the middle of punishment with JYP because everytime that JYL will get a chance to get Ryujin and punish her, he'll grab it especially when Minju's not around. RyuMin's relationship is getting stronger day by day. They did it multiple times and Ryujin is making sure that Minju won't notice her wounds at her back. JYP continued beating her up without anyone noticing it because Ryujin is a great actress, she can endure the pain because her body got used to it. She can accept everything and is willing to receive more as long as Minju's by her side not knowing that JYP is already planning something to break them apart because he don't want Ryujin to be strong and inspired because she's in love. He want to crash her down. 

"Next year will be hard for the both of us but promise that we'll keep in touch, don't talk to girls and don't be cute and hot around them okay?" Minju said while stroking Ryujin's hair. The latter who's laying at her lap chuckle. 

"Call me every hour, update me about your day okay?" Minju said then kiss Ryujin's forehead. 

"Yes ma'am even if I don't have a phone" Lisa said then chuckle together with Jennie. It's true, she don't have a phone and she don't even know how to use one because YG never allows her to. YG said that she don't have to use a phone because she won't contact anyone anyway. 

"Just use Chaeyoung's, stay with her okay? I told her to guard you" Jennie said. 

"Yes ma'am" Ryujin said again and Minju leaned down to kiss her lips. 

Next year, Minju and Chaeryeong will be sent to the other side of the island because they're going to be promoted and will train again to get a right group for them. If they already have a group, they can now go on their own to the missions, they can also pick available missions on their own. 

Five months before the year ends, their relationship shaken at the arrival of Chanyeol in the picture. JYP intentionally ordered Chanyeol to be around Minju and make her fall in love to him which is not hard because they're always together in every classes, trainings and missions. 

Ryujin's jealous because they acted like a real couple in public and other trainees and rookies even ships them. Four months had passed, it's full of arguments because of Chanyeol and Minju will always deny the accusations. 

"When will you tell her?" Chanyeol asked while busy leaving wet kisses around Minju's shoulder. 

"I don't know. I can't..." Minju said that made Chanyeol to stop and look at her. 

"I love her Chan, I really do. We're together for almost my entire life and I don't want to hurt her" Minju said sincerely.  

"It's a pure sisterly love, tell her that you misunderstood your feelings" Chanyeol said and continue his work. 

Minju became really cold and distant to Ryujin. She didn't sleep at Ryujin's bed again anymore like they used to and if Ryujin will ask her if there's a problem, she'll just say that she's tired. Chaeryeong and Lia witnessed how Ryujin will cry everynight because she feels like she's the reason why Minju is acting like that. She's thinking that it's because of her jealousy so they ask Minju by themselves and they also got the same answer. 

"I'm just tired, don't make this a big deal" Minju said in annoyance. 

"Don't make this a big deal? Gosh Minju! You're hurting Ryujin because you're giving her a cold shoulder for the past few weeks! She have been crying every night thinking that she did something which I'm sure she didn't! All she did is to understand you and your b***h attitude towards her!" Lia said madly then walk out of the room. Chaeryeong sigh then face Minju. 

"You're my friend but Ryujin is my friend too, if you have problems just talk to her and don't be like this. This is not the Minju I knew" Chaeryeong said and walk out as well. 

Another one month. It's the time that Minju and Chaeryeong will go to the other side of the island to start their new life and training but Minju and Ryujin is still not in a good terms. 

"You don't deserve anyone! You don't deserve to be love! Minju's fooling you! She don't love you i***t!" JYP shouted then hit Ryujin's back multiple times. 

"You're a bad luck! You're a mistake! You're nothing! You ruin everything!" 

"My wife died because of you!" 

"She died because of you!" 

"You shouldn't be born in the first place!" 

"You're nothing! You're useless! Why are you even in this world?!" 

"She died while giving birth to you! I hope that you just didn't come out! I hope that it's you who died!" 

"D-Dad..." Ryujin hiss because JYP's hit is getting stronger and stronger each time. 

"DON'T CALL ME DAD! YOU'RE NOT MY DAUGHTER! YOU'RE THE REASON WHY YOUR MOTHER DIED! WHY MY WIFE DIED! SINCE THE DAY YOU'RE BORN I DISOWNED YOU ALREADY SO DON'T CALL ME DAD!!" 

Ryujin shouted in pain because JYP's hits is getting stronger. 

"Shut up!" Another hit. 

"Don't speak or make any noises!" 

Another. 

"You think you're strong now that you have Minju?! She don't love you because you're nothing! You're useless! A w***e! A b***h! A bastard! A trash!"

Another strong hit. 

"Remember that no one will love you because you're just a trash!" JYP shouted and give all his strength to hit the back of Ryujin's legs using a thick wood that made her to groan in pain. 

"Clean her and let her go on her own!" JYP shouted that they immediately did. They push Ryujin out of the room. Ryujin walk along the hallway while holding the wall for support because she can't feel her legs and back.

The first thing in her mind is she needs to see Minju, she needs to feel her warmth, her hugs and kisses. Minju is her pain reliever. Minju is her light, her happiness and Minju is right there beside their room's door pinned at the wall while making out senseless with the man she hate the most. She want to cry, she want to punch Chanyeol, she want to complain and pull Minju towards her but her body and mind didn't cooperate. She walk inside the door while limping and the two didn't even notice her because they're too busy. She walk inside the bathroom and remove all of her clothes then stand in front of the body mirror and look at her face. 

"You don't deserve anyone! You don't deserve to be love! Minju's fooling you! She don't love you i***t!" 

"You think you're strong now that you have Minju?! She don't love you because you're nothing! You're useless! A w***e! A b***h! A bastard! A trash!" 

"Remember that no one will love you because you're just a trash!" 

Her father's words keeps on repeating inside her head. 

"I'm a trash" she mumble then walk towards the tub and dip herself into the water. She stayed there just staring at the water and hugging her knees. When she's done, she walk outside, get dressed and was about to go to bed when the door swang open. 

"We need to talk" Minju said nervously and Ryujin just stayed there standing and looking at her blankly. Lia and Chaeryeong suddenly walk inside and stopped when they saw Minju and Ryujim. They seems to be in a deep serious talk. 

"I'm leaving and before I leave, I want you to know this" Minju said then took a deep breath. "Let's end this Ryujin, I don't love you anymore but don't think that I just toyed you because no, I did loved you but things isn't the same anymore. I can't feel the spark and excitement anymore... I'm sorry" Minju said sincerely. 

"Before I leave I want you to know that I'm happy to those years and I'll surely treasure it until my very last breath. I hope you'll find your happiness and it's not me, I'm sorry" Minju said then get her luggage. 

"Ryujin" Minju called because Ryujin is just looking at her blankly. 

"Please say something." Minju said. 

"Bye?" Ryujin said and Minju don't understand herself, she felt hurt and her heart crashed into pieces hearing Ryujin saying that like it's nothing and she knows that Ryujin's dying inside too. She hug her tightly but Ryujin just really stand there. When she pull back from the hug, she look at Ryujin and kiss her but no response that made her to broke down in tears.

"Bye" Minju said and leave the room but not before making an eye contact to Lia who's glaring at her and was ready to kill her. 

Chaeryeon look at Ryujin apologetically and walk towards her. 

"I'll miss you Ryujin, please take care of yourself" Chaeryeong said then hug the stiff girl. 

"We'll see each other two years from now, take care okay?" Chaeryeong said then leave the room as well. 

Lia want to cry seeing Ryujin like this. She's mad at Minju. She's mad at herself by letting Minju and Ryujin to be together, she should have do something if only she knew that this will happen. Ryujin sit at her bed while still staring at nowhere and Lia sat beside her then hold her hand and put it on her lap. 

"Ryujin..." Lia said softly and Lisa look at her. 

The younger was about to say something when her own tears beats her to it. 

"Oh dear..." Lia said then cup Ryujin's cheek using her right hand while she's still holding Ryujin's hand using her left hand. She wipe Ryujin's tears using her thumb. Lia pull Ryujin's head against her chest and stroke her hair. 

"It's fine, let it out" Lia said softly to comfort her. Ryujin cried all night and Lia just let her and keep her close to her. She hug the younger until they both fall asleep and right at that moment... She promised to herself that she will take care of Ryujin and won't let anyone to hurt her again.
