Paige knew that, or at least greatly suspected it. But how did Daniel? She didn’t want him to think that, she was surprised to discover.
“Why do you think that?” She questioned.
“I could easily tell from the 5 seconds of conversation you let me hear.”

Paige scoffed. “Says the guy who doesn’t do relationships.”
