Alex's father, a tall, imposing figure with a stern expression, walked into the room, his eyes fixed on Rachel. "Alex, I see you're still involved with this... woman," he said, his voice dripping with disdain. Rachel felt a surge of anger at his tone, but Alex stepped forward, his eyes flashing with defiance. "Father, this is Rachel, the woman I love," he said, his voice firm. "And I won't let you disrespect her." His father sneered. "You're making a big mistake, Alex," he said. "This woman is not worthy of you. She's just a... a..." He spat out the words, but Alex cut him off. "That's enough, Father," he said, his voice cold. "I won't let you hurt Rachel. She's the best thing that's ever happened to me." Rachel felt a surge of love and gratitude towards Alex. She knew that he was standing up for her, even if it meant going against his own father. But just as it seemed like the confrontation was over, Alex's father dropped a bombshell. "Alex, you're not who you think you are," he said, his eyes glinting with malice. "You're not my son." Rachel gasped, shocked by the revelation. Alex looked like he had been punched in the gut, his eyes wide with shock and disbelief. "What do you mean?" he asked, his voice shaking. His father sneered. "You're the son of a woman I had an affair with," he said. "You're not my legitimate heir." Alex felt like his whole world had been turned upside down. He didn't know what to believe or who to trust, tears was all over his eyes. But Rachel was by his side, holding his hand and looking up at him with love and support in her eyes. "We'll get through this together," she said, her voice firm. "You're not alone, Alex." And with that, Alex knew that he could face anything, as long as Rachel was by his side, he felt relieved as Rachel assured him . Alex's father dropped another bombshell. "And to make matters worse, Alex, you're not even a citizen of this country," he said, his eyes glinting with malice. "You're an illegal immigrant, and you're going to be deported." Rachel's eyes widened in shock. "That's not true!" she exclaimed. "Alex, tell him that's not true!" But Alex just shook his head, feeling like his whole world was crashing down around him. He was dumbfounded , he didn't know what to believe or who to trust. His father sneered. "It's true, Alex," he said. "And there's nothing you can do about it. You're going to be deported, and you'll never see Rachel again." Rachel's face was white with shock and fear. She knew that she had to do something to help Alex, but she didn't know what to do at the moment . Just as it seemed like all hope was lost, a mysterious figure appeared at the door. It was a woman with long, curly hair and a kind face. "Hello, Alex," she said, her voice warm and gentle. "I've been looking for you." Alex's eyes narrowed. "Who are you?" he asked, feeling a sense of wariness. The woman smiled. "I'm your mother, Alex," she said. "And I've come to take you home." Alex's eyes widened in shock. He had never known his mother, and he had always assumed that she was dead, that’s what his father has been telling him right from when he was a child . But now, here she was, standing in front of him with a warm smile on her face. Rachel's eyes were shining with tears. She knew that this was a momentous occasion for Alex, and she was honored to be a part of it. As Alex's mother wrapped her arms around him, holding him close, Rachel felt a sense of joy and wonder. She knew that this was just the beginning of an incredible journey for Alex, and she was excited to see what the future held. But just as they were about to leave, Alex's father stopped them. "You're not going anywhere," he growled, his eyes blazing with anger. Alex's mother stood tall, her eyes flashing with defiance. "We're not afraid of you," she said, her voice firm. "We're going to take Alex home, and there's nothing you can do to stop us." And with that, they turned and walked away, leaving Alex's father standing alone in the shadows. As they walked, Rachel took Alex's hand, feeling a sense of joy and wonder. She knew that this was just the beginning of an incredible journey for Alex, and she was honored to be a part of it. But little did they know, their journey was only just beginning. There were more twists and turns ahead, more challenges to overcome. And as they walked off into the sunset, hand in hand, Rachel knew that she was ready for whatever came next. As they walked away from Alex's father's mansion, Rachel couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over her. She was finally free from the toxic influence of Alex's father, and she could start building a new life with Alex. But as they walked, Alex's mother, who had been quiet until now, spoke up. "Alex, there's something I need to tell you," she said, her voice hesitant. Alex turned to her, his eyes curious. "What is it, Mother?" he asked. His mother took a deep breath before speaking. "Alex, you're not just any ordinary person," she said. "You have a special gift, one that could change the course of your life forever." Rachel's eyes widened in surprise. "What gift?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. Alex's mother smiled. "Alex, you have the gift of healing," she said. "You have the power to heal any wound, to cure any disease." Alex's eyes widened in shock. He had always known that he was different, but he had never imagined that he had such a powerful gift in him. Rachel's eyes shone with tears. "This is amazing," she said. "You can use your gift to help so many people." Alex nodded, his mind racing with the possibilities. He knew that he had a responsibility to use his gift for good, and he was determined to do just that.
