I put away my phone as soon as I saw his reply and hurriedly walked away, pretending not to see his scorching gaze.
He had really changed. Only telling him that Sofia was the mastermind behind my kidnapping could make him nearly shift into Rhett.
If Lexi knew how much Hayden had changed, would she be happy?
As I was thinking about Lexi, I rounded a corner and quickly backed away as I caught sight of Theo and Sofia, who seemed to be in an argument at the other end of the corridor - or at least Theo was furious with Sofia as he had his hand wrapped around her neck, strangling her.
I hid behind the corner I had just passed by and try to listen to their words.
