“Char, since you’ll be busy with wedding preparations and such, why don't we celebrate your last single night tonight?” Livie suggested to me.
“And how are we going to celebrate my last single night?” I asked.
“Of course we’ll go to a bar or club!” she said excitedly.
I rolled my eyes and laughed. Of course we’d go to a bar or club. That was Livie’s definition of ‘celebration’ - going to a bar or club and getting drunk.
“Alright, alright. Let’s celebrate tonight,” I agreed because I knew she wouldn't take ‘no’ for an answer.
“Yayy!” she squealed before she rushedly added, “I’ll go to your pack now and we’ll get ready together!”
