Keira walked into school alone, she hadn’t seen the guys so they must gain. The day dragged and finally, they were there in her claim. ‘Christian.’
He ignored her.
‘Christian.’
He ignored her again.
‘Christian.’
The twins nudged him they were getting as pissed off as Keira, how long were they going to keep this s**t up.
She turned back to the front of the class after they shrugged. ‘Let’s get on with this shall we.’
The lesson dragged.
The bell rang and they all headed out. ‘Christian.’
He ignored her why wouldn’t she leave him the f**k alone?
She grabbed his arm. ‘Christian.’
He swung around his eyes cutting through her like ice. ‘What?’
‘Can we talk?’
‘We have nothing to say.’
‘Yes, we do.’
‘No, we don’t lose me, Keira.’
‘Please,’
‘No.’
‘It’s important.’
‘Fine.’ He huffed. ‘After school.’
She smiled. ‘Thanks.’
He nodded and she looked at his arm. They walked in different directions. ‘So you’re going to talk to her?’
‘She has ten minutes.’
They grinned.
‘we weren't going there guys.’
‘What not she’s hot and you know it, even Alex was impressed with her moves. And you can’t say that you didn’t cause we all know you were.’
‘Whatever.’ he grumbled as they stepped into their next lesson.
Keira waited for Christian outside school he’d asked her to meet him a the benches by the football pitch.
He strode over to her sitting next to her. ‘So say what you have to say you have ten minutes.’
She nodded. ‘Look I’m sorry Christian, I assumed you...’
‘That’s your problem Keira you assumed and you couldn’t even be bothered to hear my side of it. Instead, you went on what you saw and what you believed you saw instead of hearing me out.’
‘I know and I’m sorry. I’m just a little hot-headed. I always tend to go head first into things and not hear people out. I’m usually right.’
‘Well, you weren’t this time.’
‘I know and I’m sorry. Can we please start again??’
‘I don’t know. Why the sudden turnaround’
She slipped her mobile out of her pocket slipped it open entered a passcode then played the recording.
“So you’re still here?”
He heard footsteps “So all you got was a slap on the wrist whilst Dom got a suspension. I hardly think that’s fate do you?”
“He touched me inappropriately, what the f**k did he expect? Me to stand there and take it?”
“You let other boys so why not him?”
“I do f*****g not, where do you get this s**t from anyway?”
“We know everything Keira you slut. You think you're going to be safe hanging around with Christian and his cousins, well let me tell you something for nothing your not. You’ve made your one mistake now you have to deal with us.”
“I’m not scared of you.”
“She was right you know.”
“Who was right?”
“Tiffany, she said that once you saw her and Christian together you’d f**k him off. That’s right honey she’s my f*****g sister and she won’t stop ant noting til she gets what she wants and right now it’s Christian. She doesn’t give a f**k that he doesn’t want her, but once you’re out the out of the picture she’ll be able to get what she wants him.”
She laughed out loud. “If he doesn’t want her now what makes you think he will want her once I’m gone?”
“Cause we’ll make sure he knows the real you.”
“And what is that exactly?”
“A w***e after his money.”
She laughed. “I don’t need no one's money, especially his. Maybe you’re mistaking me for someone else, like your sister.”
“That’s it b***h I’ve had about enough of your shit.”
“What are you going to do about it?”
“This.”
He heard the commotion of bodies falling to the ground. Then it suddenly stopped.
‘Who are you?’
‘Keira Blackwood.’
“Who are you ?”
“Keira Blackwood.”
“I’ll ask you again who are you?”
“Keira Blackwood.”
He heard the gunshot
“Who the f**k are you?”
“Satan.”
Christina grinned he knew Alex would’ve too.
“Well f**k off we're in the middle of something.”
“And if you touch her again I won’t f*****g miss.”
“We aren’t scared of you.”
He heard the cranking of his gun and the pulling of the trigger. “Get in the car, Kira.”
She stepped on the recording.
He looked at her. ‘We’ll get them for this Keira.’
‘I’m so sorry Christian I should’ve listened to you.’
He looked at her. ‘Promise me one thing, Keira.’
‘Anything.’
‘Promise you’ll hear me out and let me explain what’s going on before jumping into the deep end.’
‘I promise.’
He leaned forward. ‘I like you, Keira. I want to be more than just friends.’
She looked at him. ‘I want you to be my girl and join us. I’ve never met a girl like you Keira we could do with someone like you with us not against us. What you say will you be my girl?’
She looked at him her jaw dropped. Could she be with him? She knew all about him and his cousins they were the bad boys of the school and everyone was scared of them. though no one said s**t whilst they were around. She knew everyone was scared of them, hell she didn’t even know why she wasn’t but they were just as hot-headed as one another could this I’ll never cheat on you Keira you're the girl I want. Not just for now but forever, what you say?’
She nodded.
He smiled pressing his lips on hers and kissing her passionately.
He moved away. ‘Come on Alex is waiting, he’ll have a fit if I’m late again.’
‘I think you’ll find you’re about half an hour late Christian.’
‘f**k. So much for ten minutes.’
She laughed.
He slid his fingers in between hers, pulling her up to her feet. ‘May I ask you how you got that recording?’
She smirked at him. ‘I gathered something was going to go down once I was out of detention, so I put on my mobile on record before I exited.’
He smirked. ‘You’re clever real clever. I like it. We need someone like you can you tap into phones?’
She grinned.
‘Shit.’
She nodded.
Where had this girl come from? She was an Angel in his hell.
They walked up to the car. ‘Now I know why you’re late. So have you two sorted out your s**t?’
‘We did more than that.’
Alex looked at their linked hands. Grinning he said. ‘Welcome to the family Miss. Blackwood.’
‘I best be going.’
‘I’ll give you a lift Miss. Blackwood.’
‘No, it’s fine Alex.’
‘I insist.’
‘Okay, thanks.’
‘Always a pleasure Miss. Blackwood.’
They slipped into the car. Alex closed the door got in the driver's side and pulled away.
‘So you kissed and made up?’
‘We did.’
‘Cool. Did you ask her?’
‘I did more than ask her.’ He said kissing her hand.
‘Bout time you two are made for each other you’re both as stubborn as one another.’
Keira smiled, sitting quietly.
Alex dropped her off.
‘We’re going to have to put her through training Christian she’s good, but she needs to know how we deal with things too.’
He nodded.
Alex dropped the twins off and took Christian home
