After my excited outburst over the news of Corinthia’s pregnancy I realized she was taking it much differently than I was. She had a small smile on her face now but was still staring blankly into space. Somehow, I had gone from a brooding alpha male to a puppy in the short month that we had been together and I was so overjoyed to be expecting our own child that I didn’t really think about how short a time we had actually known each other, or that my sweet mate was still just 18 years old.
