I woke to find myself lying on a cold wooden floor. My head was screaming in pain. My body was sore and stiff. Each muscle protested as I tried to move. The room smelled sour. A smell one would find in an abandoned space. The stale air was pungent and unwelcoming. Looking around, there were walls all around me, and the entrance to the room was a wooden door. Standing to my feet, my legs were u steady. They shook as I forced them to work. The blood rushing to my head didn't help the headache. Rubbing my eyes, I tried to get the headache to ease up. Feeling the door, I could tell it was thick. There was no easy way to break it open. Unsurprisingly enough, the lock was set. It was obvious it could only be unlocked from the outside. Pushing my back against the door, I looked around.
