CHAPTER ELEVEN Camille and Palmer made their way to the Hen Creek police department shortly after speaking with Nan Stewart. It was nearing three in the afternoon and Camille could tell that Palmer was having to take extra efforts not to complain too badly about how deep she was digging. She understood it, really. Most other agents would have likely called it a day after seeing the bodies. But there were two things that stood out in her head that she was not willing to let go of.
