Ally’s POV I could hear muffled voices outside the door while I showered. I wanted to force myself to leave the shower but it was just too relaxing. I was leaning against the wall and just stood there letting the water and heat soothe my sore muscles. I gave myself a few more minutes and then turned the water off. Syd’s father didn’t have much time and I wasn’t going to miss meeting him because I was in the shower. I dried off and dressed quickly. When I walked out of the shower, everyone got quiet. I looked to Owen. I melted at the sweet smile he gave me. It wasn’t lost on me that every time I walked into the room Owen looked happy or relieved to see me. I’m not very experienced in being in a relationship, but I could imagine us being an older couple and still melting at that smile. He
