We were all stunned by what happened and it felt like time stopped. No one moved until I saw Randy raising his foot to kick Marcus out of his way. I acted instinctively, lunging at him without any hesitation before he could hurt Marcus more. "Damn you!" he hissed when my own version of a high jump kick connected, and he was pushed backwards.
