Chapter 5: Destiny's Tragedy

Scott POV

We and Jana went to the hospital.

"Scott you mum a not what I would class as a healer but your boss is." Said Jana

"What"

"Never mind"she asked

We Arrived at the hospital with dinner for mom.

"I'm starving.oh. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.thank you for bringing me dinner. " Said mom

"Is everything okay? "

"Except for half the accident victims in a 10 car pile up being rerouted here from downtown, and the ER attending not answering any of his pages? Yeah I'm okay." Said mom

"What dose not answering pages mean?"

"It means that nobody can find him. So now we have to wait for the on call to get here. " Said mom

"Miss" said a lady in pain

"Yes" said mom

"Excuse me.can I have something for the pain?" Said the lady

"Okay, I'm sorry.i know. But actually giving you something could complicate things, so we really just need to wait for the doctor, okay? Okay, how much longer on dr. Hilyard?" Said mom

"Ten minutes" said the lady at reception.

I looked at Jana.

Scott

Jana I'm going to take her pain away okay.

Jana

Yes Scott

I go and sit on the chair next to the woman.

"You know, I think I read online that sometimes human contact can help with pain. "

I take her hand and take her pain away.she was a bit happy

The Ethan came in

"Someone... Someone help me! I need help!."said Ethan who was holding Danny .

"Okay, okay, gentle, gentle! "Said mom

"What did you do to him?'

"Nothing. He said he was having chest pains and trouble breathing, but it just kept getting worse." Said Ethan

"This is not good. How much longer on dr.hilyard? His larynx has shifted to the side. I think it's a tension pneumothorax." Said mom

And then Danny sick on the floor but it's

"Mistletoe." Said Ethan

"Can you two Go back to the waiting room? Said mom

"Where are the nurse and the doctors? Where is everyone?" Said Ethan

"It's a full house tonight. They're tending to other patients." Said mom

"Okay. Well, mom, how can we help?"

"Honey, you can't his lung is collapsed. His Hart is being pushed against his chest cavity now." Said mom

"He's gonna die,isn't he?"

"No.no,he's not. Scott, you grab the tape. You grab those scissors and cut his shirt open. Okay. " Said mom

"Mom hes not breathing"

"Now's not his time he has a secret to tell you even before he dies so that is not today." Said Jana

"I know I know. Okay. "Said mom

Danny's okay

And then I saw Jana freezer and go into a trance and the started throwing her hands around.

"Jana what are you doing."

"To much moths" said Jana

We went out side I car crashed but no one was in it apart from a single moth.i looked at Jana

"Scott when will you listen to me when I tell you what comeing. you think Ethan the enemy and think again for in the near future he will be your ethan and his brother will fight for you go to going to battle and one leaves victorious for the other one Lee isn't fried who is sad the person who seek is not to blame. Even took aliens on your side later life he maybe admin now but later he will be friends and you yourself will say we have friends where we wanted enemies and allies around the world" Said Jana and then she snapped out of the trance

Stiles comes with his dad and the police

"Two missing..." Said Stiles

"Hang on there. They were both in the car?" Said Stiles's dad

"No,dad. They're trying to tell you that it was two separate kidnappings, okay? Two doctors,both gone" said

"so whose car is this?" Said Stiles dad

"Dr . Hilyard the on call doctor. The ER attending is the one that never made it in." Said mom

"Let me just focus on getting your story first, all right?" Said Stiles dad

"Yeah" said mom

"Boys, give us a second. " Said Stiles dad

"These are definitely sacrifices, right?"

"Yeah, it's one deaton mentioned. Healers. " Said Stiles

"What about Danny? He threw up mistletoe. That's not a coincidence. And if he hadn't been with Ethan, he probably would've died. And Danny's not a healer? "

"I... Can you hear that? Said Stiles who points to his dad in his phone.

"They found a body."

Later the next day

Mom went to bed so me and Isaac slept in her room to protect her.

"Really, boy? Boys! What do you think you're doing? " Said mom

" Uh.. we were watching over you." Said Isaac

"We wanted to make sure you weren't the third sacrifice."

"But both of you were asleep." She said

"You were on watch last. "

"What are you talking about? You were on watch last." Said Isaac

"I might have been on watch last." Said Isaac.

"I don't sleep" said what sounded like Jana but she wasn't here.

"You heard that right"

"Yes" said mom

"Hello?"

"No need to say hello as if you don't know me" said Jana

And she slowly became visable

"Hi" said Jana

"Wait how long have you been there" said mom

"All night you look so peacefully sleeping." Said Jana

"That's creepy" said mom

"That's why I was invisible so I didn't scare you" said Jana

"My heroes.  Wait, didn't you say that they were all doctors? I mean, I haven't had an m.d. recently attached to the end of my name, so I think I'm in the clear." Said mom

"Yeah, but it could just come under any kind of healer, mom. And you were definitely a healer last night. "

"Yeah, well, I'm not gonna be anyone's human sacrifice today. So, both of you, get your butts to school. " said mom

At school

We were in class the substitute teacher came in I got up and walked out she stopped me and I grolwed

"You can't just leave" said miss blake

"Oh yes sorry miss f**k off."said jana

"Good morning as you all know, mr. Harris is still missing. I mean, sick. Anyway, I'm filling in while we all hope and pray for a more qualified substitute to take my place.  Okay. So let's get started, shall we? " Said miss blake

"Hey, my dad said that the ER attending wasn't strangled, but did die from asphyxiation. They just don't know how. " Said Stiles

"Do you think the on call doctor could still be alive?"

"I don't know. But Jana dose I think. But, scott, there's got to be at least 20 other doctors in that hospital. At least. You know? Any one of them could be next. " Said Stiles

Then my phone went off. It was deaton.

"Hey, doc. Sorry,I'm in class right now. Can I call you back later?"

"Unfortunately, no. I honestly thought I might never have to burden you like this, but I'm afraid, at the moment, you're my only hope. I'm going to be taken. I need you to find me." Said deaton

I ran out of school to find Stiles dad and the rest of the police and Jana there.

"Scott Jana said she's been here the whole day but won't tell us what happened she says for the safety of Scott and his pack as well as the rest of beacon hills she can't tell us. please help." Said Stiles dad

"How did you know? And you won't get anything but a cropped hint from her. Jana plz"

"Today's the day you enter the dragon lair where friends were once held but one you've saved who you seek your status will change and the real truth of yourself will be revealed only for a moment." Said Jana

"Stiles called me as soon as you left school. I'm sorry. Your boss's car is still here and the back door was wide open. Scott. I need you to tell me everything. Because what she said is useless. All right, we're gonna do everything we can. Right now, the best thing you can do is go back to school. " Said Stiles dad

"We have to tell him."

"You mean, like, tell him, tell him? Or tell him something else that isn't telling him what I think you want to tell him?" Said Stiles

"You know what I mean."

"You remember how you mom reacted? She didn't look you in the eye for, like, a week. " Said Stiles

"And she got over it. And it actually made us closer. "

"I don't know,dude. I mean, look at him. Come on,he's completely overwhelmed as it is." Said Stiles

"He's overwhelmed because he has no clue what's happening. He's got people dying in his town, the town that he's supposed to protect. And it's not his fault that he doesn't know what's happening. He gonna find out sooner or later."

"Okay, but is now really the right time? " Said Stiles

"What if not telling him now gets someone else's killed? "

"What if telling him gets him killed, huh? I mean, okay, look, I get that deaton's been like a father to you. I get that, okay but this isn't... Scott, this is my actual father. I can't... I can't lose both of my parents,all right? Not both of them." Said Stiles

"Your right"

"No, I'm not.im not right I'll tell him

" Said Stiles

" I'll help you. "

" Now he will not know now, you or Scott won't tell him he will be held for a ransom just like Scott's mom and Alison's dad and the they are trapped with time against them Scott's mom is the one who tells him and Scott wins the argument for as you didn't tell him he attacks to harm a human so gets take. But history must stay the same. So I can't tell you when." Said Jana

We left the cat clinic.

"Please whatever you need, however you can help find my brother."said morell (deatons (my boss) sister)

"Will you excuse us for a minute? Thank you." Said Stiles dad

Jana grolwed at her.

"You know as well as I where he is but you say nothing why." Said Jana

"I don't know where he is " said morell.

"Yes u do"said Jana

"Wait,Jana u know where deaton is?"

"Yes" said Jana

"Give us a hint"

"An enemy shall give you the answer even if he can't see he can play very well follow the music Scott to get your hint.oh and morell has a hint for you" Said Jana

"You need to use the one person who might actually have an ability to seek out the supernatural." Said morell

"Lydia"said Stiles

"Oh yes and that reminds me you and deaton know what Lydia is. Let's hope she doesn't scream I don't like glass on the floor." Said Jana

Later that day

Scott POV

I hear a tapping it sounded like a cane and it was in tune. Wait Jana said follow the music I'll follow the sound.

I found I was in the music room. I was shocked to find ducalian was there.

So I tried to take the cane but failed everytime.for I blind man he sure can fight.

"Impressive. But you know I'm not the one slashing up innocent people, praying to ancient god's, gathering herbs, or whatever the hell druids are supposed to do. I am a part of a pack that wants Derek dead, though. Kali is coming for him. So there's a difficult choice you're about to Face, because someone is going to die tonight. And whether that's Derek or deaton, that's up to you."said ducalian

"Just tell me where he is."

I went to a class room to hear Lydia saying that Stiles should be talking to danny.

"Wait what? Why danny.?." Said Stiles

"Because last night,he was a target. But he wasn't a sacrifice. "

We then left school

"But isn't Danny still in the hospital?"said Cora

"Yeah. That's where were going right now."said Stiles

Then Alison texted me saying I think I found something.

"I'll meet you there"

"Why?" Said Stiles

I showed Stiles the text

And went to Alison's house

Jana was there when I got there.

"In the closet quick" said Jana

"So I was looking through one of his drawers,and I found this a UV light."said Alison

Elevator bell rings

"He wasn't supposed to be back yet."said Alison

"What do I do.where do I go "

Me and Alison went into the closet and Jana just turned invisible. We were incredibly close. We got out of the closet and we couldn't see Jana.

"Jana where are you"

"No need to shout I'm right next to you" she said and became visable again.

"See this map? Last time we were in here talking, my dad put a book over it.there was something about the way he did it.ot was like he was trying to cover it."said Alison

"I don't see anything."

"Yeah you can't until you use this. He's been tracking and marking everything. Cora and Boyd at the bank, the alphas in the penthouse above us, all the dead bodies.he has a symbol for where someone was taken,and then a different mark for where the bodies are found,see? Now here's the scary part. There have been six sacrifices,right. There are 12 markings on the map."said Alison

"What?" What dose that mean? Did your dad find other bodies and not tell anyone?"

"I don't think so.i think he knows where the bodies are going to be found.so one of these six location, one of these,is where deaton could end up. I mean, it doesn't tell us where he's being kept right now. But" said Alison

"But it's close to figuring it out."

"Yeah" said Alison

I take a photo of the map

Alison dad came back I left out of the window. Alison went in her room and pretend to study.

"Hey, I didn't hear you come in" said Alison dad

"Yeah I was just doing some homework"said Alison

We all met up later with maps and Danny's project.

"Okay so what dose this kids homework have to do with finding deaton?"said Cora

"Because it's not just homework, okay? It's a project on geomagnetic fields. They flow through the earth.they can even be affected by lunar phases, all right? No looks at this is a note from Harris on Danny's proposal." Said Stiles

"I strongly advise you to choose another subject.the ideas here, while innovative and thoughtful,border on pseudo-science.not suitable for class." Said Lydia

"Now, check this out. Alison's dad wasn't the only one with a map, all right? Danny had one, too. Danny marked all the telluric currents, okay? Now, the weird thing about Beacon Hills is that it actually is a beacon. You wouldn't believe how much energy flowing through this earth is around this town."said Stiles

"Stiles,look, they match. All right, there's three places, right? Where they're kidnapped, and then the place where their body was found. "

"Look, that's right on the telluric current."said Lydia

"So, maybe where he was sacrificed is somewhere in between."

"Let me see that. You said there's six more bodies to be found. Deaton's one of them. Got to be somewhere in between,right? " said Stiles

"Stop. He's in the vault. He's in the same value." Said Cora

"Hurry, hurry deaton's dangling deaton's diying"Said Jana

I ran to the bank vault and Jana followed.

When I found deaton there was mountain ask around him and he was dangling there. I ran at the mountain ash. But was flew back. I pushed the mountain ash and as I did a big hole in the middle of the room appeared.

"Oh my god Scott you open a portal. I can go home" said Jana

But I fell over again. And the portal close and Jana was still here.Then Stiles dad came

"Scott let me give it a shot."said Stiles dad

He shot the rope and saved deaton.

"How'd you find us?"

"The vials in the clinic with the Celtic symbols on'em. I knew that one of'em looked familiar. " Said Stiles dad

"Sheriff, thank you for being one hell of a detective."said deaton

"You bet. Let's get you an ambulance." Said Stiles dad and left
