Levidia’s POV I don’t know when I turned over in the night but I did. Because right now I was lying on my side right next to a sleeping Titus on his stomach. His arm was draped over my shoulder and his head was above me while mine was resting under it, my lips touching the crock of his neck. And I could feel his lips on my forehead and the light waves of him breathing on the beginning of my hairline. One of my arms was under me touching the chest of his shoulder while the other was on his back. One of my legs was thrown over the back of his quads and the other was lying right next to him. My whole body practically cradled around his side. And he was warm. So warm, I found myself sighing and I snuggled closer to him. This caused him to pick me up and move me right on top of him; to where he was on his back and I was completely on top of him. One of his arms went under the sweatshirt I was wearing and found its way to my lower back. While his other cupped between my neck and ear. This time it was him who let out a sigh. “Titus,” I whisper to him. “Shhh, go back to sleep Levidia.” He whispers back. “Titus, I have to go pee.” I lied to him. I really just wanted to be let go before I got really horny. I could almost feel his abs through the sweatshirt. Sighing again he let me go. “Thank you” I say as I make my way to his bathroom. His bathroom is nice, it’s kinda like mine and Ris’s. There was a big marble shower that went along nicely with the black and silver theme. The countertops were the same marble while the tile was a black with traces of silver and white. The fixtures and lights were all silver and had a boxy shape, including the sink. Off to the far corner was the toilet. I finished my business in the bathroom and walked back into Titus’ room. The theme of his room was quite like the one of his bathroom. There was a dark gray wood flooring that met light gray walls. On the wall of his bed was an accent wall. There was a wood design on it, like it was almost slit in the middle, the wood pieces came together down the middle in a diagonal, opposite to each side; forming a V-like shape. The far back wall was covered by sheer back curtains, allowing the sunlight to come through but in a tinted light. Next to that wall was another wall that had a desk that was made out of the same wood as the flooring, in front of it was a sitting area and a coffee table that had a rug the color of the walls under it. Then in the middle between his desk and his bed was open space. The wall behind me had three doors, the door to leave the room, the sliding door to his closet and his bathroom door. He had a very big room and it was well cept and clean to say the least. “Like it?” He said from his position in bed. He was already looking at me when I met his eyes. I gave him a wide smile and laughed. “Titus, this room is incredible.” I say as I make my way back onto the bed. “Thank you Levidia. Did you sleep okay?” He said with a small smirk on his face. He’s referring to the fact that I was practically stuck to his side probably the whole time. “Yeah, sorry about that. I didn’t mean to be all over you.” I said as I buried my face with his covers. A deep chuckle came from him. “You don’t ever have to apologize to me for that, you are not a bad thorn to have on my side.” He says as he dives under the covers and hides with me under them. “You’re really warm.” I whisper to him under the covers. “I would gladly be your personal heater whenever you’d like, principessa.” “What does that mean?” “Principessa?” “Yeah” “It means princess in Italian.” “Oh, that's cool.” “Does it bother you that I call you that?” “No, I kind of like it. It makes it personal between us. And you're not a bad person to be personal with. I feel like I can actually trust you.” “I’m glad you like it principessa because you're stuck with it. And I have a feeling that you're going to be stuck with me for a while.” He says as pulls the covers off our heads. I smile at his comment. Having a crush on him would be easy, but he’s Luca’s brother and I don’t know how he would feel about that. A knock came from the door and I buried myself under the sheets again and groaned. I heard the door open as Titus let out a loud laugh. “Good morning mamma.” Titus called from next to me. His mom is here, in his room and I’m in his bed and not with Luca or in my own room. s**t this must look so bad. I mean don’t get me wrong I love his mom. But I don’t see her a lot, so this could come off as really wrong. In all the time she’s known me I’ve always been with Luca. I slowly move myself out from under the sheets and am met with Titus’s chest. “Uh, titus, could you maybe scoot back a little.” I say to him and I turn around to face his mom, another chuckle is heard from him. “Good morning Mrs. Winters.” I shyly greet her. She laughs and comes down to kiss my cheeks. “My dear sweet Levidia, how many times have I told you to call me mom?” She chuckles at me. I hug her waist as I mumble an apology. She makes her way to Titus as I get out of bed. “Morning, mio figlio forte.” She says as she kisses both his cheeks. “Come, come children. I ordered breakfast for us. Everything is set, come eat with us.” She says as she gracefully walks out of the room. “She always forgets to close the door.” Titus mumbles under his breath. I chuckle at his silliness and begin to make my side of the bed. “What are you doing?” “Making my side of the bed. C’mon get up and help me.” I say as I fix the pillows. Titus gets up and copies what I did. “Your side looks nicer than mine.” He says frowning. I walk over to his side of the best and fix it a little. “See, all better.” I say as I look up at him. “Come on, breakfast is ready.” He just stares at me. I look down at myself, I don’t see anything out of the ordinary and i didn’t notice anything on my face in the bathroom. I fix the bun on my head. He’s still staring at me. I began to walk over to him. “Titus are you okay?” “This feels so natural, normal, like right even.” He says in a soft unsure voice. I don’t follow and I’m sure my face held a confused state. “You. Waking up and you being right there, making the bed with you, laughing, breathing, sleeping. I don’t know. It’s nice though. For once, I actually feel.. content.” He explained it to me. I was at a loss for words. He was right though; it did almost feel right and natural. “I liked it too.” I whispered to him. A knock came from the door that startled me causing me to jump away to the side of Titus. I looked over with a hand on my heart at Ryker. Ryker, a wave of guilt began to settle in me; there has always been a pull I feel to Ryker. And there he was just standing there. I couldn’t place the look on his face, it was like a look of hurt and like hardness almost. I understand why though and I was to blame for it; I had spent the night with Titus after falling asleep on the couch next to Ryker. “Ryker,” I whispered in shock. “Hey you know breakfast is ready right.” He said as he held eye contact with me. I could see the hurt in his eyes. “Yeah we know.” Titus said as he put some extra emphasis on the “we” part. “We were just heading down there.” “We’ll walk down with you.” I said. I looked up at Titus. “Come on, I'm hungry.” “You’re always hungry.” He chuckles down at me as we walk to the door. “Hey!” I laugh as I swat his chest. “Titus, a shirt, it's cold. You shouldn’t be walking around without a shirt on at least.” “You worried about me principessa?” He says as grabs a sleep shirt on the foot of his bed. “How’d you sleep?” Ryker asks me as we stand out in the hall waiting for Titus. I nod my head as I take a deep breath. “What? Did he touch you?” Well Ryker that seems to be the question doesn’t it. I don’t even know who touched who first. This is awkward, and it’s never been awkward with Ryker. Granted he’s always been moody towards me but never awkward. I don’t even know why he’s being overbearing about it though. I mean he’s never shown any interest in me, hell just a couple weeks ago he was being rude to me in the hall. And not all of a sudden he’s actually like an overprotective boyfriend. I don’t even know if I can refer to him as a friend; I mean if anything he’s my best friends brother. But regardless I’m not just going to give him the cold shoulder because he was actually really nice yesterday. “Well I mean I may have bumped into him maybe once or twice, so I mean I wouldn’t really say he touched me. But I mean if you thinking like, you know, romantic touches I wouldn’t necessarily say yes.” I answered, slightly confused as to why I felt the need to say all of that. But by the look in his face he didn’t really care for the answer I had given him. I like don’t know what to think right now.. do I apologize? “Alright, let's go.” I say once Titus steps out and closes his door. Everyone was already at the table, seated with food on their plates. Mr. Winters looked up from the foot of the table as we made our way to the table. “Sons, Levidia dear. Good to see you guys could join us.” Mr. Winters said as we took our seats. I looked to give him a smile but his eyes were on the boys. At the foot of the table was of course Mr. Winters, next to him on his right was Mrs. Winters and beside her was Luca who sat next to Amaris. I took the seat at the other foot of the table, while Titus took the seat beside me and Ryker took the seat to the left of his father; leaving a seat in between him and Titus. This was their family table that they had in between the kitchen and the living room; while their formal dining room had a large grand table that could seat about 30 people. “Morning to you too dad.” Titus said to his father as he began to add food to both his plate and mine. I whispered a thank you to him as he handed me back by plate. “So girls, are you guys excited to graduate? I know the twins are more than relieved.” Mrs. Winters said from across the table. “Oh my goodness we’re so excited. We're off to New York after graduation.” Amaris answered for us. “New York! Really? Trying to get some traveling in before college?” She asked. “They're going to college in New York mom. New York University has an abroad program that they are going into.” Luca bragged as he stuffed his face with toast. “Luca, don't be a pig, chew with your mouth closed.” Mr. Winters scolded him. Luca mumbled an apology to his dad. “It’s true though, we’re actually going on a college visit there this week during our spring break. Amaris has to do a portfolio showing and I’m going with her so we can also finalize some paperwork too.” I say. I make eye contact with Ryker and I can see a proud but sad look on his face. I begin to frown at him but he then shoots me a wink. My cheeks heat up as I look back down at my food. “That’s very neat girls. Good job, you parents must be proud.” Mr. Winters praised us. I give him a nod and a bright smile in return. “Yeah, good job Rossi, Jackson.” Ryker says to both of us. “Thank you Winters, Mr. Winters.” I say in response, giving them both a kind smile. “What’s your last name again Levidia dear?” Mrs. Winters says as she places her elbows on the table leaning in. “Rossi mom, why?” Luca says in a slightly defensive tone. “Don’t get defensive, Luca; I’m only asking her what her last name is. Levidia, are your parents Italian?” “Mom-” “Luca, I’m asking her, not you.” She cuts him off with a strict tone. Looking back to me for an answer. “Umm, well I’m actually adopted. I mean I know I was born in Italy but I was sent here to America at a young age. I was sent to live with my uncle in Chicago but then he was killed unfortunately and I got placed in foster care. I was adopted by my adoptive parents when I was 12 and moved here.” I explained to her. Everyone except for Luca and Amaris looked at me with a shocked expression. I let out a small laugh. Awkward. “You were adopted?” Titus said from beside me. I had almost forgotten he was there. There was a sympathetic look in his eyes. I nodded and gave him a small smile. “You're going to study abroad in Italy aren’t you?” Mrs. Winters said. Both me and Amaris gave her a yes. “I’m going to college in Italy.” Titus said from beside me. Both me and Ris’s head snapped to him. “Stop right now, are you actually!” Amaris said with a huge smile on her face. He gave her a wink as he took a sip of his orange juice. He moved his eyes over to me and I just stared at him in shock. “Have rendered you speechless Levidia.” He says as he leans back in his chair. As he does that I feel his legs brush against mine and stay there. Heat crept up my neck and cheeks. I cleared my throat and looked away as I wrapped my ankle around the heel of his foot. “Well that’s wonderful Titus, you could join us on our adventures.” I say, as I look back at him. There’s a bit of a rosy finish to his own cheeks now. I smile victoriously. As I should. “You guys better not replace me with him. That’s messed up if you do.” Luca says to us. “Luca we couldn’t replace you, even if we tried. And believe me, we’ve tried.” I say laughing at him. His face droops. “Luca, she's kidding. We’ve never tried and we don’t plan to. Right Levy.” Amaris corrects me, sending me a look. “Right Risy.” Luca rolls his eyes at me as he shoots a wink at Amaris. Loser. The rest of breakfast went by fairly quick, we ended up debating on who played the better spider-man. Surprisingly, Mr. & Mrs. Winters had a lot to say about why they thought Toby and Tom were the best. And to no one's surprise all three of us girls agreed that Andrew though was the hottest spider-man. While the boys all scuffed and shook their heads. It saddens me how wrong they were but when Titus said he was more attractive than him I couldn’t really say he was wrong. - - -
