"No you don't hate me," Nicholas said back, then abruptly held me by my side arms and pulled me closer to him.
"Let me go!" I screeched, wiggling forcefully to get out of his hold, but he held tighter, wrapping his arms around me.
"Not until you forgive me," he spoke.
"I will f*****g scream if you don't release me," I threatened, still trying to put distance between our upper bodies. Such proximity was not good for me; it reminded me of the intimacy we had shared before he decided to unleash his monstrosity on me.
