Emma's pov :
I went to my room to freshen up,iam so tired but
i have to talk with Lilly so that i can take right
decision , i drag myself to the bathroom cleaned
and change in to fresh dress then grab my car
keys started walking as iam stepping down
stairs i heard one voice saying .
" looks like sister is going somewhere
may i know where you are heading to " sophie
questioned sitting on the sofa beside her mom
shooting dragers at me .
" i am going to Lily's house , i will eat
dinner at her place " i said as started walking
towards the door .
" what's so urgent sister don't you tell us
what father has told you about important issue
we also have a right to know isn't it. " she asked
raising her eyebrow standing infront of me.
" it's non of your business , i don't have
to tell you everything , iam getting late let me
go " i was about to take a step when Katherine
suddenly came beside me with long strides and
raised her hand to slap me but stops herself .
may be remembering my father is still in the
house.
" Do you think we don't get to know if u don't
tell me what it is , i will ask your father what's
so important matter he told you but not us , and
i will teach you good lesson when your father
not in the house remember this ". i shivered a
little thinking about the punishment she would
give to me if my father isn't home right now .
But i didn't show them any fear , quickly
i left my house to Lily's house. on the way i
bought her favourite cookies and chocolates , i
can't go wth empty hands to visit her home.
i park my car in her parking lot , and pressed her
door bell , after 1 minut her mom Amila Jackson
opened the door , she is always very kind to me
treats me like her own daughter .
she gave me a warm hug and take me
inside her house , i chated with her few minutes
then walk straight into Lily's room. there she is
watching Harry Potter in tv.
" come on lily why are so obsessed
with Harry Potter series can't you get bored
after watching these series repeatedly " she just
shake her head in a response no and continued
watching tv.
" Lilly please switch off the tv i have a
very important things to talk about ". i said to
her and sit on the bed with serious expression
on my face.
As soon as she saw that iam being very
serious , she quickly turn off the tv and turned
towards me .
" what happened emma is there anything
serious matter , why are you so serious , is
everything alright " . finally some one is
interested in my life ,i thought to myself.
" Lilly so much is going to happen in my life,
it's all depends on the one decision i will be
taking very soon ,and i have no idea what to
take , please guide me Lilly ,you are the only
person who thinks about me and my happiness"
" Emma what's wrong why are you talking about,
don't tell me you are pregnant or you are
running from your home away from everything" .
" Are you serious Lilly , like seriously why you
are thinking in a wrong way ,i don't have anyone
in my life to get pregnant and iam not going
anywhere , " i stated angrily why the hell did
she think nonsense.
" sorry Emma you are talking weirdly ,like
decisions what ever sorry again tell me
everything " .
" it's ok i should have tell you clearly , ok the
thing is my father arranged my marriage in to
Gucci , i think it's part of their business deal if
marry in to Gucci family they will invest in our
company and my father agreed to it , but still
end of the decision is mine ,so i have to take
decision as soon as possible ,i have no idea
what to do" . i said feeling saddness
" What are you for real , i mean what the hell
why your marriage is a business deal , as per my
knowledge Gucci family is not that famous
company , thay only got the name because of
Kingston industries " she said with a sigh.
" Exactly , if marry into Gucci family we will also
become close to Kingston family so more
investors will be attracted towards us , that's the
the father's plan to rebuild our company status
in global market once again" .
" ohh he thought right , but why you why not
your evil sister so called sophisticated sophie"
" Haaa that's the thing , he wants me to settle in
a reputated family , he wants me to be happy
as well as our company growth like two birds
with one shot , may be he thinks i will be happy
after marrying in to that family" . she started to
think.
" Emma i think your father is right may be the
groom will be your prince charming , this way
you can also be happy with out any financial
tensions" . she said after thinking for sometime.
" it's not about money Lilly ,i want some one
to marry me for who iam , i wanted to be loved,
to be cherished , and show all the love which
iam missing from past 15 years " tears slowly
strolling from my cheeks.
" look Emma i know what you are saying , iam
not saying only because of their status, in this
way you can even escape from your step mom
and sister , may be you will get all the love there
think about it Emma in this way you can escape
your miserable life , rest is up to you" .
" Do you think iam not going to regret my
decision of marry in their family , maybe i can
just deny this praposal but what about our
company aaaahhhh ..... God please help me".
" see Emma we don't know what is in our future
we just have to try if it is good accept it, if not
walk away from it ,we always have a choice. "
she said patting on my head.
" ok i will just try this ,who knows he really is my
prince charming " i said as winked at her
" Bye Lilly it's getting late ,i have to go and
inform my decision , he must be thinking about
me , i will see you soon " i left her house to
mine .
