James Pov :
I have been struck in the traffic jam from past
half an hour . If it is any other day i would have
been pissed right now ,but not today because
today my parents arranged dinner with a girl
and her family in my house , that girl is none
other than who iam going to married soon . I
have Zero interest in this marriage , iam only 25
now , i don't understand why my parents are
eager to this marriage ,they want me to marry a
girl who i don't know and never saw.
I feel like my parents are out of mind , why are
they soo against my will . we have been fighting
fighting for this since the day my father
informed me about this which is 10 days back,
why can't they understand about my feelings ,
the Last thing i want in my life is marriage , i
don't have a lover but i do have few flings , i
don't believe in love that's why i just make flings
like friends with benefits .
Now all of sudden my parents made this
marriage proposal , i have no idea what to do
i think it's better i will just talk with that girl and
tell her that iam not interested in marriage . I
know Anderson corporations , it used to be the
good company but now almost invisible in
market. But my father insists it will do good to
us .
With all the thoughts in my mind i drove to my
house , stepping down the car i walk into my
house , judging by car in the parking lot and
giggles & talking sound i think they arrived , my
mom will be furious if i don't show up right now.
I originally planned to ignore them but while
going into the house i see Mr . Anderson talking
to my father , besides him a lady in mid 40's she
must be his wife , besides her a girl with lot of
make up and exposing alot , god don't tell me
she is the one iam going to married , if she is
iam not going marry that girl , not at all .
As iam about to turn i see my mom kissing
someone one on their forehead , when i see who
it is my breath hitched , i stop dead in my tracks
because there she is the most beautiful girl
i have ever laid eyes on , her smile is the most
pure . Her ref full lips which i want to kiss right
now , her big sea Blue eyes looks so innocent
and beautiful , god she is looking like an angle .
i am so mesmerized by her beauty i didn't even
respond to my mother's words until she drags
me to them , my mother introduces me to them
i just said to Mr & Mrs Andersons , but when my
mom said the beautiful girl name is Emma
whom iam going to marry , i literally danced
internally and gave my hand to Emma for a
hand shake , in return she just staring at me .
I smirked at her knowing that she is also
affected by me . after that she composed her
self and shakes hand with me, i excused my
self saying i have to freshen up and will meet
them in few minutes .
I headed towards my room and the moment i
reached my room i lay on my bed thinking about
my beautiful angle Emma , i never thought with
just one glance i will fell in love with some one .
But that just happened right now, i can't get her
beautiful face out of my mind , she is my angle .
i quickly took shower , wear casuals , adjusted
my hair with one last glance i left my room ,
headed down stairs , as iam walking down i saw
every one is sitting already at dining table , i see
one seat empty besides Emma. But sophie is
about to sit there , i quickly run towards there
and grabbing the chair i sat down . sophie
glares me but i just shrugged at her , my
parents laughed at my childishness . she took
another seat opposite Emma .
By the corner of eyes i see Emma blushing , her
face turned into pink , god i can't wait to make
her mine . while eating i give my unlocked
mobile to Emma under the table , she stares at
me confusingly , i show her my message saying
i want her number , she opened her eyes wide
reading the message , i chuckled at her , she is
so cute . she added her contact in my mobile
and returned my mobile to me . After that we
didn't talk.
we all finished our dinner , now sitting in the
living room . my dad Said he will announce
some news to both families , and i know what
is it .
" So victor i think everything is set , i have
something to announce ,victor and i come to
an aggreement for our both companies better
future few days back , on part of the the
agreement both my son and his daughter
emma going to married soon". he said smiling.
Immediately my mom claps for us , Emma
father is smiling , Emma is blushing furiously ,
me dancing internally , but Emma's step mother
and had a shocked faces but i ignored them .
my father clears his throat to say more we all
turn towards him.
" Emma and James don't think this marriage
is a contract marriage , me and Victor both
wanted our children to settle down , and we
think you both are good match for each other
By judging your reactions i think you both liked
each other , am i right children ? " he questioned
us.
" I do dad , i like her already " i said looking at
her
" I do like him Mr.Gucci " she said shyly looking
down at her lap .
" Oh thank God every thing is settled then , we
will soon announce your engagement date , by
the way emma you don't have to be formal with
me you can call me by my name or uncle " he
said patting her head , she nodded silently.
" Well Smith we will take our leave then it's
getting late we will meet you soon " Emma's
father said as their whole family stood up .
" Ok victor have a safe journey , Emma you have
to visit our home frequently to get to know each
other , will you do that " . she nodded shyly .
we all headed out side while walking i quietly
took Emma's hand in my hand , she starteld by
my suddenly action but didn't took her hand
away . we send them off as their car drive away
i stand there until i don't see their car.
As iam walking inside , my mom Started teasing
me saying Emma's name , both mom and dad
started laughing at me . but i didn't say
anything to them , i just went to them to say
thanks.
" Mon , Dad thank you so much for your
wonderful gift , this is the best ever gift i
received from you , i mean she is really the
girl i want in my life , so beautiful , so innocent
so damn pure girl mom , thankyou soo soo
much , i have no words to explain , she will be
the only woman iam going to marry." i declared
to them
" Looks like some one is fell in love " my mom
teased .
" Son i hope you will be happy in the future ,
Emma is really a nice girl , please don't hurt her
and be happy together " my dad adviced me
" Don't worry dad i won't let u down , please
be assured , she will be my queen from now
on words , i will never hurt her " i assured my
dad.
we chatted for a while about our engagement
arrangements , then said good nights to each
other , i quickly went to my room to text her
they may be reached their house.
" it is going to be a long night " . i said as i lay
on my bed .
