Emma's (pov):

i woke up with the sound of alarm it's

6 am , my college starts at 10 am so i made

my way to the bathroom and done morning

activities and went to the kitchen to prepare

breakfast for every one , i have been doing all

the chores from past 10 years Katherine made

me do it , even though we have maids iam the

one who did most of the house work , she said i

can't stay in her house with free of cost i have to

to work for to keep stay in this house, she said

i can only work with out my father noticing so

daily i wake up early to work so that he can't see

me working , i quickly made eggs, bacon ,toast

and salad then I went to Sophie's room to clean

after that i walk up to my room to bath and get

ready for the college , i came down at 9 am

every one is at the dining table Katherine, dad,

sophie, i greeted every one sitting down on my

chair started eating breakfast. my father cleared

his throat and said

" Emma when you come back from the college

please come to my study, i have some thing

to tell you, don't forget it's very important" i nod

and he smiled at me awkwardly then he started

eating .

Both mother and daughter glaring at me with

anger i just shrugged ate my break fast and took

my car to go the college.

In the college the daily routine classes ,but

sophie made some commotion by breaking up

with "will" , everyone keeps talking about them

all the day , i know this would happen after i

reveal to sophie thay i had nothing to do with

" will" , because sophie always mess with the

who ever talk to me or make a move towards

me ,she would seduce them and make them

fall for her then dumps them, she always do

this to make me sad . But what she doesn't

know is i was never ever interested in any boy

in our college .i don't know why it is like that

but no one ever interested me. may be the

the person is not yet come infront of me ,who

knows.

In the lunch break "will " came to my table

in the cafeteria of our college Said sorry that

he should not have things rushed towards

sophie and would have waited for me, but i

said nothing would change my decision it's

to move on, he again said sorry and left.

when my last class is over i rushed towards my

car remembering my father wanted to have talk

with me , i wonder all of sudden what he wants

to talk with me , is this related to me ? obviously

that's related me , but what's the issue ? ok let's

find out when I talk with him.

But this is also a good thing i will talk to him

after such a long time , my dad rarely talks with

people after my mom's death, so i will use this

opportunity to get know what's going on his life.

i stopped my car infront of caffeine and bought

iced coffee for my dad , iced latte for me taking

both i drive my car to my house .

stepping down from car i entered into my house

and i don't want to see Katherine before going

to my dad so i started walking towards my dad's

study , stopping infront of medium size wooden

black door i slowly knock on the door to wait

for my father's permission after one minute i

heard soft voice " come in " .

smiling i open the door and walk inside to

close the door . i turned towards my father ,he

smiled and motioned me to sit down, i slowly

walk towards his table and sat down in the

kept my bag in another chair.

" hi dad how is your day , this..... is for u" i said

as i kept iced coffee infront him.

he looked surprised , but took the coffee and

smiled , the smile which didn't reach his eyes

" thank you emma , iam fine, don't you want

one , wait "

he is about to say something i show him

my coffee.

" ohh ok you got one for you, how is your

day Emma , how are you doing in your

college , i hope everything is going good" . he

said and took his first sip of coffee then smiled

" every thing is going good dad , i hope you like

the coffee " i said nervously.

" coffee is so good Emma , your mom also

used to buy me this coffee " he said as hurt

on his face.

i feel so bad for him , he has to move on

from mom , even though it hurts him he has

to move on and today i tell him that .

" umm... dad ? you have to move on from mom,

please dad it's already 15 years i know you love

her so much , but dad other than her we are also

your family we aslo love you, trust me dad i

miss her every day but we can't do anything

about that we have to go with the flow.i know

iam not old enough to advise you, but i can't

see you anymore like this please dad ...!! " i

said all what i have to say rest is in his hands.

" i see my daughter has grown so much " he

smile watching me affectionately and has tears

in his eyes .

" I Know i shouldn't be like this Emma , but i

can't help but the pain of your mom's death is

not bearable, and i failed you by not giving all

the love and affection you deserve , i became

selfish and didn't even though about you , so

sorry Emma iam not a good father, " he said as

started sobbing.
