Amara wakes before sunrise and rushes between her two jobs. She visits her mother in the hospital before heading to Kane Group. On her way to work, she receives another call from the hospital warning that the surgery cannot be delayed much longer.
At work, everyone fears Adrian Kane. Employees whisper that he has fired three managers in one week.
Amara accidentally bumps into Adrian in the hallway, spilling coffee on his expensive suit. The entire office falls silent, expecting her to be fired.
Instead of yelling, Adrian calmly tells her to report to his office after lunch.

Amara nervously enters Adrian’s office expecting dismissal. Instead, he questions her about a confidential report that has gone missing.

Security immediately begins searching for the source.
