Sam was shocked. He widened his eyes upon hearing Demon's confession. Sam grabbed Demon's hand roughly and led him down a quieter hall.
"What are you talking about? Human corpse? Where?" asked Sam. He panicked a little because of this. He was sure that apart from Jane and Geralt, no one else knew about the human remains. And it feels like it's been quite a while. How could anyone report to Alpha?
Demon gave Sam a questioning look. This young man usually wasn't too interested in the Pack business. Sam prefers to play around with his campus life like a naughty young master who doesn't want to interfere in his father's company affairs.
