The carriage doors burst open and the onlookers immediately went on high alert as one by one, members of the Opponia household alight from the luxurious transportation.
Oohs and aahs fill the air as Nerium Alexei von Opponia gets out of the carriage, followed by Wolfsbane Nikolai von Opponia, and then Duke Castor Jameson von Opponia.
However, the noise dies down to gasps and whispers when the Duke reaches back towards the carriage and a delicate hand emerges from a shadow, accepting the Duke's offered hand.
"Do you see that?"
"The Duke himself helping someone alight from the carriage?!"
