It's been a week since I started to change how I eat.
Other than regularly drinking the sweet and delicious medicated drinks that Brother Nerium is making, I am eating more and more now. And not just a plate full of steamed vegetables(which I thought was the right thing to eat because...well, it's from the videos I watched in the past).
I'm really grateful to Alyosha for changing my meals.
I actually don't want to eat just steamed vegetables all my life. I want to eat meat and lots of it. Maybe this just proves that I really am a member of the Opponia household.
Anyway, my diet aside, now that a week has passed, I aim to prepare for the next change that I'm going to bring to the table.
