A couple of days has passed since my brothers announced my circumstances--which I already knew. I notice that ever since that day, Gel's been acting strange.
He doesn't smile as often anymore. And when he does, it either feels forced or overexaggerated. I also catch him looking so deep in thought more often than not.
What's worse, when I ask him if there's something wrong with him, he'll either say nothing and that he's fine or he'll change the topic. And like the airheaded i***t that I am, I easily get distracted with his techniques, then end up forgetting about pressing him about how he really feels.
But hey! Maybe he's just so good at misdirection or something?
It's not like all of this is my fault alone. Besides, all that stuff like matters of the heart and emotions are pretty dice
