here i am

my throne

After a while sam left to do something and I just layed in bed.

Thinking about my mom, she said she was killed.

But I thought she had died because she was sick. I remember she was always weak and pale. Eventually dad didn't allow me to see her.

Since I was busy getting bullied by his wife and her daughter, I forgot to investigate. Will the witches help me if I asked?

FLASH BACK:

"MOM" I yelled as she passed out.

i ran to her

" Mom wake up" I cried as dad ran to us.

"guards!" he yelled and they took her to her room

I wasn't allowed to see her till the next morning. I walked in and she was so pale sitting in her bed smiling at me.

" Mom" I cried and ran to her, hugging her.

" Oh my dear child, did I scare you?"

"are you okay mom?"

" I am my child. Don't worry. I was just tired."

" Angel leave this instant" father said the moment he walked in,

Mom just stared at him.

"are you crazy? Why are you talking to your child like that?"

" You need rest. Here, drink this" he said, giving her a cup with something in it.

" What is this?"

"just drink it" and she did

but she passed out seconds after.

I cried and yelled for her to wake up, but dad ordered the guards to take me to my room.

could it be dad who killed her?

then i heard a knock

i opened the door and a servant was there

"lunch is ready your highness" she bowed down and i nodded and went with her

sam caught up with me in the stairs

"watch out james is with cloe" she whispered and i nodded

when we got there they were all seated

there were some empty seats but i decided to take the one next to james and sam the one across from me

"you are that rude omega" james said looking at sam "don't you dare disrespect me again" he said glaring her

"talk with respect to her" i said picking up my knife

i wonder if i cut his throat right now

how much blood would come out

"excuse me" he said looking at me

i picked up my fork and started cutting the steak

"she will be the future beta of the kingdome she is my right hand, any disrespect towards her is disrespect towards me, so be careful because i take no disrespect"

he kept quiet

"angelina my daughter" cloe said faking her tears "caroline is in there not eating not drinking not sleeping please have mercy and get her out"

i looked at her as i put a piece of meat in my mouth

i chewed slowly then patted my mouth

"i don't think we are supposed to discuss these matters over lunch it's a private matter, but since you brought it up let's have a talk"

i looked at sam and nodded

she got up and brought one of caroline's servants

"tell them what you told me earlier" sam said putting her sword to her neck

the scared omega immediatly started talking and crying

"the second princess asked me to put her new gold watch and gold necklace in the eldest princess's room to frame her for stealing"

i looked at dad

"2 years ago i was framed for stealing caroline's jewelry" i looked at everyone

"your king made me spend 3 weeks there, for a crime i didn't do. and yet no one asked him to have mercy for me no one cared that i haven't ate or drank or slept"

"when did this happen? what about an investigation? did they do one?" one of the elders said

"they never did, they believed her word over mine and i got punished, yet caroline clearly harmed me and disrespected me her future queen and they are begging me to forgive her. do you all think this is fair?" i said looking at my father's pale face

the elders face became red with rage

and james just kept his head down

"this is unacceptable, tomorrow caroline will be held responsible for all her actions. all her servants will spend the night in jail and will be questioned and sam will be the one responsible for this case, and you your majesty we are dissapointed in your unjustice, after we are done with your daughter we will put you on trail. the princess is already 18 and ready to take the throne after we see everything we will decide whether to let you keep the throne or we will give it to her heighness "

"you can't do that" cloe yelled

"with all due respect this is a royal matter and you are in no way connected to the familly"

"talk with respect she is your queen and my wife and my daughters mother" dad roared

"enough" i got up "i told you before she isn't my mother and not the queen my mother is the queen she is your wife and that's all"

"angelina" he roared

"since he will be investigated i want him to be questionned about my mother"

"her majesty?" they asked and dad's face got pale

i nodded

"before she died he didn't allow me to see her at all, i remember even making her drink something that knocked her out. i want to know why she died and how and if he had any part in her death" i said glaring at him

"are you saying i killed my mate?" he yelled

"yes yes i am"

"how dare you" he said charging at me but the guards stopped him

"i would like to take the throne" i said

"what" cloe said

"i'm 18 and as you all heard and saw my father is in no state to keep being a king i want my rightful place"

james got up "i agree with her, i will help you" he said looking at me

"how dare you?" father said to james

'liar' dark said and i rolled my eyes

'knew it'

"sam call the vampires first, guards take dad and cloe to the back rooms also catch the other servants of caroline. sam after you are done with the vampires come with me we will pay my dear sister a visit, also i want to thank you for standing in my side i promise none of you will regret it" i said to everyone

" We are with you, your majesty", one of the elders said, and I nodded.

Everyone left to do what was ordered and i looked at James.

" I deeply apologize for what you just witnessed."

" There is no need and i would like to help you with whatever i can-" I held my hand up to stop him.

" I don't need anyone's help. What I wanted to say before you interrupted me, which I suggest never doing again, is that I want you to go back to your kingdom."

"what?"

" This is a private matter of my kingdom. You are welcome to stay for today, but i would like it if you left first thing tomorrow. I hope you understand the urgency. Now, if you excuse me", I said and left.

This wasn't my plan at all. Things went way too far, but I think it's better as it is. I will find a way to get James back, but for now I must find out what happened to my mom.

and I know exactly who will help me.
